Voucher not recognised a gift to.my son and this place adrenaline has made it a shit present by a rubbish system that clearly doesn't work after waiting months for available time to use normal slot opens up and conveniently can't verify my voucher... never again would I even consider this junk business

The challenge
While the adventure with Nova was a worthwhile experience along with the friendly crew and on board services.
I have to say the pre adventure experience was extremely disappointing. There was no follow up email, as promised. This meant no boarding time and directions to the boarding I made numerous phone calls to the agency these were a waste of time as they didn’t know or hung up the phone. It was only by chance that a passerby helped us to the spot and I was able to board and complete my adventure minutes before departure. “Adrenaline” for sure my heart rate was near maximum from the pre adventure stresses.🤔🤔

We had older vouchers for return ferry to Rottnest. Finding how to use the vouchers so we could stay on the island and not do a day return was impossible and we have bookings not what we want. Need to change so we can return on another day. Very confusing and stressful b

Our Rottnest ferry vouchers are issued as same-day return tickets, as outlined in the terms and conditions. We don’t currently offer a flexible return option that allows travel on different days. We understand there may have been some confusion, however the original vouchers were also not issued as flexible return fares.

Middle man service - Just go directly to the company offering experience.
It's basically a middle man service and you are better browsing their website, picking an experience and buying directly from the company offering the experience.
Customer service is a bit of a mess. Had to call 3 times to redeem my voucher as the website wasn't accepting it and I had to be issues 3 different vouchers. Customer service staff were friendly though but potentially offshored as communication was difficult.
Won't be using this service ever again

I had an amazing experience with Adrenaline on the 30-minute helicopter ride over Sydney. The views of Olympic Park, the city skyline, the Sydney Opera House, and the Harbour Bridge were absolutely breathtaking. The pilot was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable.
Everything was well organised, and the flight was smooth from start to finish. Seeing Sydney from the air gives you a completely different perspective and creates memories that will last a lifetime.

Website failed - got charged 5x times
Website failed while I was trying to buy one experience using gift card. It showed failed message to me, however I was charged 5 times still. They are still on pending... hopefully they simply disappear and don't have any headaches trying to get this money back.
UPDATE:
The charges disappeared as quick as Adrenaline's response to my review. That is the reason I always choose them to buy any activities. Great offers and amazing customer support.
