I always find Acuity support very helpful. If they don't have the solution it goes to their programmers and I actually see changes in the app on occasion which is very exciting that this company is on top of what the clients need

The highly customizable forms is what sold me on Acuity as our business requires unique information to schedule appointments. Very flexible and allows for the scheduling of multiple employees. My only complaint is the calendar view is not very user friendly.

Acuity scheduling has hardly been developed or changed at all over the last 7 years. 2 years ago was a change in CSS for the iframe …. Nothing fundamental.
They have relied on the lack of competition. But things are changing fast. If you’re looking for exciting monthly changelogs you won’t find it here. And quite unbelievably and irresponsibly have not yet activated the multi factor authentication for non-squarespace - still waiting for it to be activated. In 2026 FGS?

Total scam. At the end of my free trial I paid for a subscription. They took my money, and canceled the scheduling site I had spent so much time building. Then their automated system denied me a refund and only a month later did they finally email me back all to say they could not complete a full refund. They accused me of making a mistake and cancelling of my own accord. No live reps over the phone, emails were responded to by a different person each time. Absolutely disgusting service and a total rip off of my money.

At its best, Acuity is a medium-good appointment booking platform that has many flaws and issues but it gets the job done on a very basic level. HOWEVER, when things go wrong, they really go wrong and Acuity’s customer support FAILS on every level. They don’t have telephone support. You cannot speak to anyone - ever. It’s really, really bad. One month ago, our booking system went down for a week and they were no help whatsoever. And today, it’s happened again. There is no one to help. No one to call. No telephone support. We’ve lost too much business because of Acuity’s poor service. For this reason, we will be leaving Acuity as soon as we find another appointment booking platform. We regret ever signing up to them. There must be better appointment platforms out there. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Avoid Acuity.

I had been struggle with my calendar connections for months. It was doubling the time blocks and just looked really cluttered on my iCal. I sent them a quick email asking how to fix it and immediately they knew the issue and gave me step by step instructions to fix it. I should have asked them sooner!
