To reproduce:

  1. focus a pinned tab
  2. ensure you have the separate search bar in the toolbar
  3. perform a search with the search bar by hitting the enter key

Expected result: the search results are displayed in a new tab (this is the current behavior on release)

Actual results: the pinned tab navigates away to the search results.
