DXVA2Manager::mTransform is no longer needed according to a comment by :alwu on https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D268499 - let's clean this up when we get a chance.

The comment:
Could you file a follow-up bug to remove mTransform? It’s no longer used for color conversion, which is now handled by the video processor. Given this, I think we can safely remove this function call.
