Ordered Wednesday afternoon for delivery to Algarve Portugal. Over €150 so no delivery charge. Asked for Paack Courier as CTT not great in this area. Great to deal with and unbelievably fast and efficient arriving today Saturday - So 3 days ‘ish’. Fantastic.

This is a provisional review based on the fact that I ordered a couple of sets of darts for deliver to Portugal - Red Dragon Darts confirmed shipped on 23 June - 15 days ago. No delivery. Unfortunately Royal Mail tie up with CTT in Portugal which is an absolute disaster. The darts seemingly arrived in Lisbon 8 days ago and that’s a ‘full stop’. Prior to order I was assured that the 20 day maximum delivery quoted was most unlikely to be the case. A delivery from Amazon Es is generally 3 days so that’s probably a better option if you reside in Portugal. I have contacted Reddragon sales department but was told to NOT contact them until 20 days window passed - good luck with this attitude.
Update: 9 July. Contacted REDDRAGON DARTS following their reply - even worse - Reddragon sales now inform me they will Not engage regarding a refund until circa 28 days after the non delivery. I have an email from them stating the item(s) are on the way (23 June). They have just added an extra week so circa 28 days before action. Avoid this company Please find following their reply just now ( hardly in keeping with the PR reply to Trustpilot:

FINAL UPDATE. Just received mail from courier. They are returning my darts order to Red Dragon Darts because it did not comply with EU directives regarding importation of monetary amounts less than €150. So I have had to ‘sit on my hands’ sending pointless mails to Reddragon who insisted on ignoring my explicit information. Under duress they have agreed a refund. Perhaps consider your situation if you are ordering from anywhere in EU.

This company is an absolute revelation. If you have used DHL, Ctt, Royal Mail, in fact any delivery service I have encountered- this outfit lets you (from my experience) accurately track what is going in with your delivery. Example: Darts order ordered UK - Royal Mail was courier. Handled by Deutsche Post DHL Group. Last info 01July - Lisbon DHL Paket. Suppliers Reddragon give themselves a 20 day delivery window !! Anyway if you are now confused- join the club. Enter my new discovery this Parcel app company. Totally free - enter your tracking number ( from any courier/post service etc.) & within a few seconds you have what seems a full ‘disclosure’ of the where & when of your package. My answer to my query - held up in Lisbon customs // they also computed that from recent history the probability based on the most recent 21 parcels is that my parcel will arrive locally within 3 days. If you are used to Amazon etc this new discovery should reduce stress significantly !

Nightmare company but be aware - In Olhos de Agua the courier now telephones - stays silent and this counts for a “contact client” so he can tell his Supervisor. The parcel is then deposited in the local post office - which is perfectly fine as the Lady in charge has been there for many years and is very polite and professional. The new courier however is a very different matter.

A particular Wine I found difficult to source led me to Divine Wines a few years ago - I was a 'tad' nervous first time as I needed the order delivered to Portugal - absolutely no problem. I have since ordered and lately had reason to chat with Laurent and his colleague (a wine matter Ha!!) and as well as having a superb choice I must say these gentlemen are most helpful and friendly. It is so unusual to have access to the 'personal touch' on-line these days. Much appreciated.

Tripadvisor in various countries was originally an absolute gem with restaurateurs and hoteliers in the main ‘upping their game’ significantly as it immediately became the quality benchmark. Roll on to 2026 and even the ‘dogs on the street’ accept that it’s only actual use is probably as an address check. No doubt revenue stream(s) monetisation delivered this actuality.
Wildly inaccurate reviews with in my opinion incredibly questionable ‘pedigree’s has resulted in the site becoming defunct as an entity.

Excellent company to deal with. It has been a few years since my ‘dabbling’ in photography and Cotswold assisted admirably. I settled on the Nikon Z5 11 with the 24-120 F4. It arrived yesterday (within the suggested timeline) and it will certainly take a little time to get back in the swing of things- but a sweet camera set up!! My interest is only photo ( no video) so this set up for me is ‘bang on’.
Excellent price at the time for this full frame with this lens.

The recent software issue resulted on 1 of our new passports needing immediate change - we were informed by email and a telephone contact number was given for urgent cases. We telephoned and a very polite friendly helpful Gentleman let us know they were opening especially on Sunday to facilitate clients travelling. Up early on Sunday and only 3 or 4 people there at 7.45 [we were keen Ha!]. At 9am there seemed to be about 40 or 50 people. Convivial wait chatting. At 9am doors opened and a number of extremely engaging empathetic members of staff very adeptly explained the process and invited us in - Every member of the passport team was helpful and approachable on a level that is rarely seen in even the most dynamic private sector companies. Superb, coordinated and professional response to the issue with a level of empathy evident from each and every member of their team (who remember were working an unscheduled Sunday) was palpable. Adrienne collected her Passport at 12pm ! We would also add that over recent years our family's experience of our Passport Service has been first class and really efficient.

Superb Service. Ordered a specific chefs Mandolin on Thursday. Arrived on Saturday. Price better than ‘Any’ online outfit and I was delighted to give the business to a real Irish company (not one with a dot ie on the end masquerading as Irish). I had purchased with this company before and same experience.
