Placed our first order for some samples of a range of band merch. A bit apprehensive as one is never quite sure what is going to arrive in the post… we were delighted to receive quality products, tangibly better than other companies we have tested. Second order is on its way! 👍 💯

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish.

I recently signed our business up to take part in an industry 5km run/event and had only 7 days to get 5 team running tops made. I struggled to find anything affordable that I trusted would arrive on time, so I reached out to Inkthreadable in a bit of a panic.

Amy was amazing. She was so responsive to my emails, kept me updated throughout the process, and the team worked quickly to get the tops printed and posted as soon as possible. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon at around 1pm, was told they were in the post by Tuesday afternoon, and they arrived with me by Wednesday afternoon.

The quality of the tops is fantastic. I was originally a little nervous because they needed to be suitable sports material for the run, but the option Inkthreadable had was perfect.

A huge thank you to Amy and the team for making it happen so quickly. I’ll definitely be using Inkthreadable again for any clothing products we need for future events.

Keep having orders not printed correctly and today have just received an order with someone else's design on it.

I hope this will improve and not end up like Christmas last year where every order had at least a wrong item in it. Customer Service is always great but production at Inkthreadable keeps letting it down.

During an email conversation, Amy took it upon herself to help me get the design results I had not been able to attain myself. She didn't need to; it was my issue, not hers, but she went above and beyond to help me. Sometimes it is just so wonderful to feel that there is still a human customer interface that wants to help. It felt like the old days, when you could phone your bank and a real person would actually help you. It has made me very happy. Thank you

I hate leaving bad reviews, but Inkthreadable has been extremely disappointing and unreliable.

I ordered a single shirt, and it simply never arrived. It was supposed to be a birthday gift that I ordered well in advance to make the occasion special, and this completely ruined my plans.

I contacted customer service twice. They respond quickly, but unfortunately that doesn’t mean they’re actually solving the problem. Each time, I was told they would speak to production and check on the order, but nothing changed.

What frustrates me most is that I specifically asked if the order would arrive by the date I needed it. I wish they had just been honest. If they had told me it wouldn’t arrive, I would have cancelled and ordered elsewhere. I trusted their reassurance, and now I’ve been left scrambling to find a last-minute generic birthday gift.

I genuinely don’t know what is going on with Inkthreadable, but I’ve seen many reviews here with similar experiences. They seriously need to invest more into their production process because something is clearly not working.

I was originally considering using them for my brand, but after this experience I definitely won’t be using them ever again. Also, since I never even received the shirt, I can’t comment on the quality, although at this point, I’ll be surprised if it arrives at all.

Have used inkthreadable a few times now and the quality and service are incredible, Em is super helpful at answering queries quickly and efficiently!

So I have just started by business, have never had my logo Embroidered so I submitted my request which was too complex. I received correspondence from Em at Inkthreadable. Several emails later my Logo was altered and I now have an Embroidered Logo. Em was incredibly patient, I am so grateful for the assistance. I cannot speak highly enough. This interaction has confirmed that I need to use these guys for POD. Great Work Em 👏

I received a shirt with the wrong print on it, I then contacted support, and Em very quickly and kindly offered to replace it with the correct one or receive a refund.

Great service from Em at ink threadable, a little issue was sorted super quick, thank you, new to the site but so far super easy to use and quick delivery, products are great too, lots of options and quality printing

Excellent quality and very good customer service from Em - one of the orders had a misprint and they offered a replacement immediately.
So far I have ordered quite a lot of material from Inkthreadable for important convention merchandise and I have been pleased with the results. Attendees are happy with the quality and I am able to offer the clothing at a reasonable price to delegates and attendees.

I had a techie query, which they resolved withing 5 minutes, and that warrants a 5 star.

Poor service and I wont use again. I was recommended these based on their lead times being 3-5 working days. I only ordered 2 tops, yes 2 tops for a promotion for my business. I'm now 11 working days and my product still hasn't been shipped. I emailed them on the 7th working day and got a reply the following day saying there was a quality defect on one of the tops. I understand some orders may have complications but there's been no communication and I've had to chase for communication. I also emailed on the 10th working day (now 11th working day and haven't had a response yet) if your lead time is 3-5 working days and there's an issue and I've already waited an additional 3 working days that tells me that there's a problem with your lead times you promise, and likely the quality issue was an excuse for not being able to fulfill the lead time promise. I've since had to order somewhere else who got my tops out in 2 working days. If you're a business relying on this service you'll be better off going elsewhere as they cant commit to the lead times they offer on their website & their communication is non-existent if there is some kind of delay.

In response to the reply 11 working days is right for how long I’ve been waiting as I ordered on 26/04 oh actually even worse that makes it 12 working days now 😅 - this is my personal email which is why you can’t find it attached to an order but my name is the same under the order 👍🏼

Great customer service via the live chat, which is always emailed to me too. Inkthreadable have helped me design products for our new charity online merch shop. The process of making products is very simple using the tools on the website.

I’ve used this company for years and previously had great service, fast turnaround, and fair pricing. However, recently the quality has dropped significantly. Frames often arrive damaged (peeling edges, broken corners, loose metal tabs), and packaging offers little to no protection.
Despite raising these issues many many times, they’ve dismissed the concerns, claiming no one else has complained so it’s fine... Worth keeping in mind if you’re considering Inkthreadable for prints and frames.

I made a couple of mistakes with orders and was panicking that I wouldn’t be able to change them in time. I messaged inkthreadable and Em got back to me straight away , she sorted out all my issues and put my mind at rest. She was quick , efficient and friendly . I feel confident going forward that I can trust them to sort out any problems for me .

Been using Ink for a few years now, customer service is brilliant whenever I have a question. Big shout out to Em who has helped resolve any questions I've had, great service!

Great products and Great customer service. I've been using them for the last fee weeks and everything has been spot on. The customer service is 5 star and responses are really quick and helpful. This is all new to me so they have been excellent. No issues at all so far and I hope that this will continue. Quality products and prints. Recommended
