Leider bin ich den Betrügern auch auf den Leim gegangen 60€ weg! Und am Ende der blöde chatbot der mich zum xten Mal die Tracking ID eintippen lässt …. Ich bin sauer und enttäuscht zugleich …. In Deutschland wird nur noch abgezockt!

Einfach nur Betrüger „hier nicht bestellen“kommt zu 90% nichts 4 Wochen auf die Ware gewartet und dann zugestellt an einem sicheren Ort,wie bei meinen vorschreibern, kein Paket angekommen alles auf Betrug abgestimmt

Absolut schlechter Kundenservice. Wir haben diesen schon oftmals per Mail kontaktiert, da unsere Ware nicht angekommen ist obwohl wir die Nachricht bekommen haben , dass die Ware an einem sicheren Ort liegt. Wo auch immer das sein soll, jedenfalls nicht bei uns.

Delays on their end resulted in me wanting to cancel my order which they tell me won’t arrive for almost a week but is too far in the shipping process to cancel. Find another source for your shoes!

I have had the worst experience with 6pm.com. They are happy to take your money, but when things go wrong, they completely abandon you.I ordered a pair of shoes (Tracking: 9361289681064447983301), and despite USPS marking it as delivered, it never reached my forwarding address. The carrier (USPS) refused to provide a signature or any actual proof of delivery, claiming "privacy reasons."When I reached out to 6pm for help, their representative (Crystal) basically told me "it’s your problem." They refused to provide any documentation that would help me track down the package or file a claim. They are hiding behind their "third-party shipping" policy to justify their lack of basic customer service.It is clear that 6pm does not care about the security of your purchase. They provided zero support in a situation where the carrier failed. This is a scam-like behavior where the store takes no responsibility once the item leaves their warehouse. I am closing my account and I will make sure to warn everyone in the international shopping community to stay away from 6pm and its sister companies. They have lost a customer for life due to their arrogance and incompetence.

Das packet kommt NIE an ! Ich warte schon seit MONATEN… und es iommt nichts heute hieß es sie konnten das paket nicht abgeben.

shoes were too big. arch was too high and ridged which was extremely painful when walking on. had to ship back out of my own pocket. 13 bucks. for NOTHING. Never again.

Eigentlich gar kein Stern wert! Bestellung aufgegeben und rund 8 Tage später immer noch nicht versendet. Der Support hilft überhaupt nicht weiter. Keine Reaktion von 6pm. Ware bezahlt und keine erhalten! Support meldet sich nicht. Geld weg!! Mega schlecht!

Wir hhatten für unseren Enkel zum Geburtstag bestellt,leider war die Hose zu groß.Die Reture lief so supper und schnell wieder geliefert.Mein Mann und ich sind mehr als positiv überrascht.Super Qualität alles toll.Immer wieder gern

Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Mein Sohn hat eine Hose bestellt, passte nicht, haben sie zurück geschickt. Versand und Zoll über 50.- gekostet. Rückerstattung des bereits überwiesenen Betrag für die Hose, nie erhalten. Heute kam das Paket zurück, weil es nicht abgeholt wurde. Nun fängt das Spiel wieder von vorne an. Eine absolute Frechheit!!! Das ist eine Betrügerfirma.
Bin mal gespannt ob sie mir die gewünschte Rücksendeetikette schicken, oder wie es weiter geht. Unglaublich echt, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Wenn man 0 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich 0 geben. Miserabler Service. 2 Jogginghosen bestellt: 1 behalten, 1 zurückgeschickt (mit angemeldetem Rückversand). Paket wurde einfach nicht abgeholt von 6pm. Paket kam zurück, mussten nochmals Porto/Zoll bezahlen. Einmal und nie wieder - Geschäftspraktiken wie China Shops - ausser, dass die Ware sehr teuer ist.
Wir meiden diesen Shop künftig konsequent.
Die Jogginghose war ok, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

$55 TO RETURN TWO PAIRS OF SHOES. I purchased two pairs of shoes that were Eileen Fisher that didn’t seem anywhere near the quality I would expect from this brand. The leather felt too stiff and I could not wear them. I used UPS which was the cheapest return method for this package. 6pm is associated with Zappos, why can’t they easily arrange for inexpensive returns like every other major retailer I have ever dealt with? Since this practice of customer paying market rate for returns is so unusual and incredibly expensive it should be prominently displayed on the front page of the site. I don’t think that most would click through to check for this out of the norm practice for major retailers.

Habe ein Set bestellt. Jogger & Hoodie. Habe die Bestellung erhalten, anprobiert und den Hoodie im Orginal Zustand verpackt und retoure gesendet. Jetzt wird mir der hoodie wieder zurück geliefert, keine Rückerstattung möglich. Würde hier nie wieder bestellen. Es wurde behauptet er sei verschmutzt und nicht original verpackt zurück gekommen. Absoluter Schwachsinn. Bitte bestellt hier nicht. Ich bin super sauer sowas ist mir noch nie passiert.

NO COMPREN EN ESTA PAGINA. Realicé una compra y hasta me enviaron el numero de orden. Cuando quiero volver a entrar me dice que mi usuario tuvo una actividad sospechosa y aunque intento cambiar la clave me dice que no y si logro entrar me saca de la pagina. Hace dos semanas puse la orden y no tengo respuesta. Cuando escribo al correo de servicio al cliente, el correo se rebota. Son unos estafadores.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I made a purchase and they even sent me the order number. When I try to log back in, it says my account had suspicious activity, and even though I try to change my password, it says I can't. If I do manage to log in, it kicks me out. I placed the order two weeks ago and haven't received a response. When I email customer service, the message bounces back. They are scammers.

Ich warte mittlerweile seit über 2 Wochen auf meine Bestellung, obwohl eine Lieferzeit von 8-12 Tagen angegeben war, ich habe den Support angeschrieben der bei Fragen über die Bestellung helfen sollen, die melden sich aber auch nicht absolut nervig wenn man schon so viel Geld dafür ausgibt

Bestellung (Boxershorts) konnte nicht retourniert werden, obwohl Verpackung ungeöffnet ist.
Keine Begründung auf Nachfrage .

NEVER buy from this site. I bought two pairs of shoes that didn't fit so I went to return them. They charge a return shipping fee but you have to go to the post office and pay to send your merchandise back. Because the shoes were in oversized boxes, it cost $40 to send both of them back. There are many many other shoe shopping site, I advice people not to use this one.
