Quand vous arrivez aux récompenses intéressantes il vous coupe le jeu alors qu'il vous reste du temps pour compléter les étapes et ainsi récupérer les plus grosses récompenses.
Quand vous expliquez le problème au service client évidemment ils ne sont pas capables de rétablir la situation et répondre par des mails aucun rapport avec le problème constaté.
Cette application est une arnaque soyez vigilant et ne comptez pas trop sur elle pour respecter les règles.

Peerspace is not customer friendly

Peerspace is not customer friendly, and with the addition of AI to serve you...IT'S EVEN WORSE!!! Wanted to shoot a cooking video, and their AI would only show me living rooms and rooftop bars. It's terrible how people think computers are smarter than humans when it's humans who have to input the data for it to be of any use. Had to jump through hoops to get a so-called human on the chat who was very nasty and unprofessional.

Had a horrible experience with…

Had a horrible experience with Peerspace, requested a change of date on my original booking. The request was literally a 3 week difference. Mind you the venue was available on that date. After I was told that would not be a problem. I messaged them to confirm switch and was told they couldn’t accommodate the switch because the switch was too far away from my original booking date (literally only a 3 week difference). Beware, they are not easy to work with , stay away from this site.

After reading their response, it’s a cookie cutter response they are not interested in fixing anything or making it right. All responses read as AI. Again, stay away. Not flexible and certainly not interested in working with you. The host was awful.

Low stress space rental

A super easy way to find/rent space in any location. An easy booking process and transparency on all costs/add-ons makes event planning/budgeting a breeze.

Very misleading experience

Very misleading experience. I assumed this platform operated similar to Airbnb because of the advertising, but the rules and restrictions are far more extreme.

Be careful booking spaces for content creation. There are indoor cameras, strict limitations on furniture and room access, and expensive penalties for breaking house rules even unintentionally.

Read every rule carefully before spending your money here.

Because Peerspace is designed for professional use—ranging from film shoots to high-stakes events—many of our hosts are protective of their specialized equipment, flooring, and unique furnishings. This often leads to more specific rules regarding furniture movement and room access than you might find in a typical vacation rental.

Regarding safety and transparency, Peerspace does have a Recording Device Policy that requires all hosts to disclose the presence of indoor cameras on the listing page. These are permitted in common areas for security and liability purposes, but they must never be in private zones like bathrooms or dressing rooms.

We completely agree with your advice: reading the Host’s Rules and the Peerspace Terms of Service is the best way to ensure a successful booking. Our goal is to provide a professional environment where both the guest and the host feel protected. Avoid this booking platform

Avoid this booking platform, I requested to book a space that advertised as being able to host events for a presentation. I asked if they had a screen, they confirmed they did not. As I did not reply within the booking window the host then went ahead and accepted my booking. I could not use the space. Peerspace have refused to refund me

To provide some clarity on how the platform functions, Peerspace operates as a request-based marketplace. When a guest submits a booking request, it acts as a formal commitment to rent the space if the host accepts. Because our hosts often block off their calendars and turn away other potential bookings once a request is received, the system is designed to allow them to accept that request at any point within the 24-hour window.

If you have a specific requirement—like a screen—that is a dealbreaker, we always recommend waiting for a confirmation from the host before officially hitting the "Request to Book" button, or utilizing the "Message Host" feature first.

We understand that this resulted in a space you couldn't use, and we genuinely value your feedback as it helps us improve how we communicate these policies to our community. Not To Be Trusted - website is a scam

I utilised Peerspace to book a venue, which I specifically chose because it allowed a 30 day cancellation period. What Peerspace do not make clear to customers is that the cut off of the 30 day cancellation is not an end of day cut off. Peerspace has a time slot specific cut off, which means although my event was on the 30th May and I cancelled on the 30th April, I was charged a £280+processing fee cancellation charge.

The timing cut-off is something I’ve never come across before and is certainly not a reasonable assumption for any customer to make, nor a reasonable policy for the business to employ.

I raised the issue with customer service, who were friendly but failed to find a resolution. Bottom line, this feels like a deliberate attempt to con customers. I’m disappointed with Peerspace and wouldn’t use them nor recommend the service. There are other, more transparent providers.

I think the response from Peerspace, highlights their knowledge of the issue. It has likely trapped several customers and they prefer to continue with the current set up in an attempt to make more money. It’s poor business. It limits the opportunity for customers to reuse their service and instead pushes them towards other providers such as Tagvenue, who have a far more fair system towards booking.

BOTTOM LINE - DO NOT BOOK WITH PEERSPACE. They are not customer focused at all. Nice words from customer service but absolutely no action. This is the sentiment I can see from all other reviews as well.

Our cancellation policies are based on the exact start time of the booking rather than the calendar date alone. This means that for bookings with a 30-day cancellation policy, cancellations must be submitted prior to the scheduled booking start time 30 days before the reservation begins. This information is outlined in our Help Center and is reflected during the booking and cancellation process.

We understand that this may not have aligned with your expectations, particularly if you interpreted the policy as applying through the end of the calendar day. While we know this was disappointing, the fees assessed were applied in accordance with the cancellation policy attached to the booking at the time the reservation was confirmed.

We’re glad to hear our Support team was friendly throughout your experience, though we regret that we were unable to provide the resolution you were hoping for. Feedback like yours is valuable, and we will continue working to improve transparency around our policies and user experience.

Negligent Handling & Lack of Accountability

This review serves as a formal notice of my extremely negative experience with Peerspace and their failure to adequately support customers when a host breaches a confirmed booking.

My event, scheduled for April 25, was canceled by the host only days prior due to a permit issue—an issue that should have been identified and resolved well in advance. This constitutes a clear failure in host vetting and platform oversight.

Peerspace’s response to this situation was wholly insufficient. There was a lack of timely communication, no meaningful escalation, and a complete absence of urgency despite the time-sensitive nature of the event. More concerning was the absence of any reasonable effort to mitigate damages caused by this last-minute cancellation.

While I was informed that a refund had been “processed,” no immediate access to those funds was provided. This delay directly impacted my ability to secure a replacement venue, resulting in financial loss and disruption. Simply issuing a delayed refund does not absolve Peerspace of responsibility for the consequences of a host’s failure to perform under a confirmed agreement.

Under standard consumer protection principles, platforms facilitating transactions bear some responsibility to ensure reliability, transparency, and fair remediation when failures occur. In this case, Peerspace failed on all fronts—communication, accountability, and customer care.

I am currently documenting all losses incurred as a direct result of this cancellation and the delayed refund, and I will be pursuing all available remedies, including formal complaints and potential recovery of damages.

Consumers should exercise extreme caution when relying on Peerspace for critical or time-sensitive events. Based on my experience, there is insufficient protection in place when things go wrong.

This matter reflects poorly on Peerspace’s operational standards and raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer protection.

I would be extremely careful of using…

I would be extremely careful of using Peerspace, especially for last-minute bookings. Their entire system is set up to make you fail. Beyond most hosts never replying, you are encouraged to reach out to several hosts to book an event and make a request. You are not told that the moment one of those hosts accepts your request you enter into a contract where even if you cancel 2 minutes later you are on the line for the full charge. I will never use such a fraudulent service ever again and I advise everyone to avoid it.

It is a very fraudulent set up and they do not clearly communicate the process of booking.

Update - this is Peerspace's reply -
Completely missing the point of my negative review. Thier platform is designed to make you fail. It asks you to make multiple booking requests without a final approval process once that booking is accepted. When I initially reached out to customer service, all they were willing to offer me was a $60 refund for cleaning, not the $376 that they were trying to keep. If I didn't cause a fuss, they would've taken this from me without thinking twice. I urge everyone thinking about using this service to proceed with extreme caution. Or just reach out to venues directly.

Our venue was beautiful

Our venue was beautiful. Our hosts were very professional and helpful . They were very knowledgeable about what we needed. The also kept us updated though the app. We will use Peer space again . They were awesome.

They canceled my event with no explanation!

I booked an event space with Peerspace in January. Invitations with the address of the venue have already been distributed a month ago! I spent weeks planning this event. I also have two content creator contracts on this event. Just this week, I receive an email saying my venue has been canceled. There is zero explanation. I'm told I'll be offered a refund on the price paid (obviously!). But this has thrown a HUGE wrench in my event. They showed me three other places that are over double the price I paid for the first! How is that helpful? So much time and effort was put into this and now I'm just stuck with no venue? It's completely unacceptable! They have no number to reach anyone and the haven't responded to my emails I sent over 72 hours ago! If you're a content creator, you know that most of the time you sign NDA contracts! I have showed them proof that I had paid contacts but they will do nothing unless they see the full contract (which I can not do). I have provided receipts for alcohol, gown, invitation charges and they just keep wanting more info to move toward! I'm almost positive I will just bw out this money, as well as ruining my entire event! I am being treated like the one at fault! There is zero empathy coming from ther customer service that takes days to even reply! | DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE! HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST THEM! Just read all the BBB complaints! They aren't being helpful in any way what so ever to fix this problem and it's a pretty big deal! Canceling someone's event that so much time, effort and money has been put into with absolutely no explanation or help to fix the situation is beyond unprofessional! Shame on Peerspace! You have completely ruined my event! BOOKERS BEWARE!!!!II

Don’t let their response fool you! BEWARE! They will not be helping the compensation I have lost even after submitted contracts. They have no found any other alternative space for me to use! I still have not been given an explanation or even apology from the host (who still holds power host status). My family is out hotels they booked. I’m out alcohol purchased and income lost.

Helpful but could use work

PeerSpace exposes your photo, name, job title, and event date, even after profile updates. Reviews lock in old info, and cleaning fees make prices unpredictable.

These people are scammers do not trust…

These people are scammers do not trust them!!! This Racheal W. Came into our home to supoisively set up for a photo shoot when I came home and caught her in bed with my husband and an epmty bottle of vodka on the ground. Very unprofessional keeps showing up trying to move in on my life. I am going to have to take legal action against her I suppose to get he away from my man. Do not hire these people they have no integrity.

Racist hosts

I like Peerspace overall but unfortunately, they allow some very unsavory and unkind people to host on their site. Being judgemental and racially biased based off of a profile picture is very counterproductive to being an event space renter. Tanya S. attitude and interaction was absolutely disgusting, I wish I could review her only. I attempted to request to book with another host and she just flat out never replied which was not hard for me to figure out is a race issue. It would be nice if Peerspace would at least screen and filter their host if they have an unlike for certain demographics of people.

I like Peerspace.but what with all the uncover fees. Charging guest for cleaning fee and then the guest are still doing the cleaning. They took money out my account without my authorization.
And the customer service is the same people that you talk in the app.
