EVENTUALLY

Soon as these wounds heal

I will be all I can be.

Scars will remind

But they will not define.

Give it time, I ask

Eventually.

 

Soon as the tears are no more

I will live for all I have.

Ups and downs

But hope I have found.

Bear with me, though iffy

Eventually.

 

Soon as closure is mine,

I will close these doors

Shut for good, to be  nonexistent ,

But precluded by trying moments

Stay with me, it’s hard

But eventually.
