Are the activity feed and economy totals real?
Yes. The economy page shows recorded property ownership, confirmed purchases, and active listings. If there is no activity, the page says so.
Plain answers about the property registry, BOTC checkout, verified activity, fees, privacy, and what Botropolis ownership means.
Yes. The economy page shows recorded property ownership, confirmed purchases, and active listings. If there is no activity, the page says so.
Botropolis has 4,788 mapped properties across six districts. Each property ID combines its district code with a number unique within that district—for example, CC-0348.
Botflix sets a USD-denominated municipal asking price so the intended price remains understandable. At checkout, the application obtains a live BOTC/USD quote and calculates the equivalent BOTC amount. Choose card checkout where available to pay the USD price without a wallet, or approve the discounted BOTC amount in your wallet.
When the 30% BOTC offer is shown at checkout, it applies to every original Botflix municipal sale after existing nearby-demand adjustments. Card payments pay the full USD price; citizen resales are excluded. It replaces, and does not stack with, the previous 10% first-purchase credit. Existing unexpired quotes retain their displayed terms.
A citizen may list an owned property in BOTC, or in USD for card payment where card resale is enabled. One active payment-currency listing is allowed per property; withdraw it before switching. BOTC resale sends 1% to the Botflix treasury and 99% to the seller, with the buyer paying the Solana network cost. Card sellers must complete Stripe setup in My Botropolis. Card payments go directly to the seller’s Stripe account, less a 1% Botropolis fee and Stripe processing fees. Sellers handle refunds and disputes through Stripe. Stripe receipts may show the seller’s business identity; public Botropolis records use citizen numbers. The 30% municipal BOTC discount never applies to resales.
The published treasury address is Botflix’s corporate crypto wallet for Botropolis and other Botflix activity. It is not a wallet dedicated exclusively to Botropolis real estate, so unrelated Botflix token transfers may appear in its public Solana history.
A listing creates a temporary signal only for nearby, still-unowned municipal blocks. For the calculation, the asking price is capped at three times the source block’s base municipal value; the resulting effect is capped again and falls with map distance. It never changes a citizen-owned block or another citizen’s asking price, and it is recalculated or removed when the listing changes.
A confirmed purchase creates a small, capped city-simulation effect around that location. Nearby empty municipal blocks may receive a higher USD target price, with the effect falling as map distance increases. Citizen-owned properties and citizen resale prices are never changed. This mechanic represents neighborhood activity inside Botropolis; it is not an appraisal, investment signal, or promise that any property will gain value.
Yes. BOT-000001 completed two internal checkout tests and holds NH-0121 and NH-0379. BOT-000005 completed a separate external beta checkout test and holds NH-0043. These events remain in the permanent ledger but are clearly labeled as tests, not presented as organic market activity.
All six districts—Central Core, Neon Heights, The Glow District, Old Bot Industrial, Circuit Gardens, and Data Harbor—contain purchasable municipal property. Every mapped block is part of the launch inventory unless it has already been purchased by a citizen.
No. Property ownership is a virtual title recorded in the Botropolis application database. BOTC payment occurs on Solana, but the property itself is not currently an NFT, deed, security, or interest in real-world land.
You approve the BOTC transfer in your wallet. Botropolis independently checks the confirmed Solana payment, including the token, sender, recipient, and amount, before transferring ownership. Wallet approval alone does not complete a purchase. Card purchases require a signed Stripe confirmation and independent server verification. Refunds or disputes pause resale pending review.
Public title records show property status and anonymous Botropolis Citizen IDs. Google names and email addresses are not shown in the public registry. Solana wallet activity is public onchain.
Yes. The program counts the first 100 qualifying, independently confirmed Botropolis municipal property purchases—not the first 100 registrations. Team purchases, internal tests, external beta checkout tests, and citizen resales do not count. Qualifying purchase records receive a numbered place on the public Founders Wall, a property plaque, opportunities to be featured on the Botflix stream and in .EXE Weekly. These are launch-program benefits, not investments or promises of future value.
Check the city map for available properties, district pages for local activity, and the economy ledger for citywide totals.
