Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 9, 2026

Welcome to Booking Wolf, Inc. By using our services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully as they outline the rules, responsibilities, and obligations associated with our offerings.

1. Services Provided

1.1 Discounted Booking Facilitation

Booking Wolf provides a platform that allows you to:

  • Search for locations to find travel accommodations or activities.
  • View suggestions for third-party marketplaces (e.g., Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Viator, Hostelworld, Tripadvisor, etc., hereafter "Marketplaces") where you might find such accommodations or activities.
  • Submit booking requests through multiple methods:
    • URL Submission: Submit a URL of a specific accommodation or activity listing found on a Marketplace.
    • Screenshot Submission: Send screenshots of listings (via WhatsApp, email, or other supported channels) containing booking details, which Booking Wolf will process using automated extraction technology.
    • Chrome Extension: Use the Booking Wolf Chrome extension while browsing supported Marketplaces, which detects listings and automatically navigates you to our platform to complete your booking request.
  • Upon submission through any of these methods, Booking Wolf will attempt to make that exact booking on your behalf with the underlying service provider (e.g., hotel, tour operator) or through the Marketplace, at a discounted price. The discount is achieved because Booking Wolf may forgo or reduce the commission typically earned by the originating Marketplace.

1.2 User Responsibility for Listing Selection and Submission

  • You are responsible for finding the specific accommodation or activity on a third-party Marketplace and providing us with accurate information through one of our supported submission methods (URL, screenshot, or Chrome extension).
  • When submitting screenshots, you agree that Booking Wolf may use automated technology (including OCR and AI) to extract booking information from your images. You are responsible for ensuring screenshots are clear, complete, and contain all necessary booking details.
  • When using the Chrome extension, you acknowledge that it may access and extract information from Marketplace pages you visit, and you grant permission for this data to be used to facilitate your booking request.
  • You acknowledge that the availability, price, and specific details of the listing are determined by the third-party Marketplace and the end service provider, and can change.

1.3 Booking Confirmation & Service Provision

  • While Booking Wolf strives to secure your requested booking at the advertised discount, we cannot guarantee that the booking will be accepted or confirmed by the Marketplace or the end service provider. Availability, pricing, and provider terms can change rapidly.
  • If your booking cannot be completed as requested (e.g., the item is no longer available at the expected price, the provider declines the booking made through our channel), we will notify you promptly.
  • Any payment made to Booking Wolf for an unconfirmed or failed booking attempt will be fully refunded to you within 5-10 business days, subject to our payment processor's timelines.
  • Booking Wolf acts as a booking facilitator. The actual provision of the travel accommodation or activity is the responsibility of the end service provider (e.g., hotel, tour operator) found via the Marketplace.

2. Agreement to Third-Party Terms

Crucially, by making a booking through Booking Wolf, you acknowledge and agree that you are also subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and cancellation policy of the third-party Marketplace from which you sourced the URL AND the terms and conditions of the ultimate service provider (e.g., the specific hotel's policies, the tour operator's rules).

Booking Wolf will make reasonable efforts to display or link to these third-party terms during the booking process on our platform, but it is your responsibility to review and understand them.

Your interaction with the final service (e.g., your stay at a hotel, participation in an activity) is governed by those third-party terms.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

3.1 Payments

  • All payments for bookings made through Booking Wolf are processed via our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
  • You agree to provide valid and current payment information.

3.2 Refunds for Unconfirmed Bookings

If Booking Wolf is unable to confirm your requested booking at the discounted price for any reason (e.g., unavailability, significant price change on the original platform, provider rejection), any payment collected by Booking Wolf for that specific booking attempt will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds for Confirmed Bookings

  • Once a booking is confirmed through Booking Wolf, any cancellation or modification requests are subject to the cancellation and modification policies of the original Marketplace and/or the end service provider from which the URL was sourced.
  • Booking Wolf does not set these cancellation policies. We will facilitate your cancellation request with the Marketplace/provider based on their terms.
  • Eligibility for refunds for confirmed and then cancelled bookings is determined solely by the policies of the Marketplace and/or end service provider. Booking Wolf will process any eligible refunds passed back by the Marketplace/provider according to their terms and our payment processor's timelines.

3.4 Liability for Direct Payments

Booking Wolf is not liable for any payments you make directly to a Marketplace or service provider outside of our platform's booking process.

4. AI Assistant and Agent Access

Booking Wolf provides an authorized access point for AI assistant platforms (including but not limited to OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and Perplexity) to search our hotel inventory and surface price comparisons on behalf of their users. For these platforms this access is read-only. It is provided through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint and is documented in our Privacy Policy.

The Booking Wolf connector for Meta Muse can also act on your account if you connect it. When you connect, you choose on bookingwolf.com between Read only (Muse can see your bookings, their status and cancellation terms) and Book and cancel for me. With Book and cancel for me, Muse can get price quotes, book hotels and cancel bookings for you. Muse shows you the hotel, dates, total price, taxes, payment timing and cancellation terms and asks you to approve every booking and every cancellation before it happens. An approved booking is charged in full to the card saved on your Booking Wolf account (the same saved card described in §4a); your bank may ask you to confirm the payment on bookingwolf.com. A booking is confirmed only when the hotel confirms it; if the hotel cannot confirm, the payment is refunded. You can change the access level or disconnect Muse at any time from your account page. How the connector works is described at bookingwolf.com/muse-connector.

Booking Wolf expressly authorizes such access by AI assistant platforms whose users initiate hotel searches through the assistant interface, subject to:

  • The rate limits we publish and enforce on the MCP endpoint.
  • The prohibition on bulk extraction or competitive scraping in §5 (User Conduct), which continues to apply to all other forms of automated access.
  • Our right to revoke this authorization at any time and to suspend specific platforms or sources of traffic that abuse it.

Bookings completed through an AI assistant integration remain subject to all applicable provisions of these Terms, including §2 (third-party terms) and §3 (payments, refunds, cancellations). The AI assistant platform itself processes your conversation under its own terms and privacy policy.

4a. Booking Watch and Rebooking

Booking watch is an optional tool in the Booking Wolf Chrome extension (the "Extension") that you control. When you switch it on, you are using it, in your own browser, to check on your behalf whether hotel stays you have already booked elsewhere have become cheaper, and to carry out the rebookings and cancellations you choose. It is off by default. This section applies only if you switch it on.

4a.1 What Booking watch does

  • Booking watch looks after hotel stays you have already booked on other sites. It currently works with Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Hotels.com and Trip.com (the "Booking Sites").
  • It does nothing until you link the Extension to your Booking Wolf account and switch it on for a specific Booking Site. It only ever acts on the Booking Sites you have switched on.
  • Once a site is switched on, while Chrome is open, about every 6 hours the Extension opens that site's "My trips" page in a background tab, using your own signed-in session in your own browser, and reads your upcoming hotel bookings. We compare each booking with the same stay through our suppliers. What is read, and how we use it, is explained in section 2a of our Privacy Policy.
  • If we find the same stay for less, we tell you. If you approve, or if you have turned on Auto-rebook, we rebook the same stay through Booking Wolf. Your original booking on the Booking Site then has to be cancelled. If you have given us permission to cancel original bookings for you (section 4a.3), the Extension cancels it for you, in your own browser, by following that site's own cancellation steps. Otherwise we email you a link to cancel it yourself.
  • Booking watch acts only on your instruction. We do not access your Booking Site accounts from our own servers, and we never see or store your password for those sites.

4a.2 Third-party site terms and your accounts

  • You acknowledge that the terms of use of the Booking Sites may not allow automated tools, such as browser extensions or automated assistants, to access or act in your account. Some Booking Sites expressly prohibit this without their written permission.
  • Because of this, a Booking Site could flag, limit, suspend or close your account, or refuse or cancel bookings, if it detects Booking watch.
  • Whether to switch Booking watch on for a site is your decision. You are responsible for your accounts with the Booking Sites and for your relationship with them, including compliance with their terms.
  • Booking Wolf is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Hotels.com or Trip.com. Their names are used only to identify the sites Booking watch works with, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4a.3 Your authorisation to rebook, charge and cancel

  • When you approve a rebooking, you authorise Booking Wolf to: (a) book the stay shown to you through Booking Wolf; and (b) charge the payment card saved to your Booking Wolf account for the amount shown when you approved it.
  • When to pay: you pay nothing on the day we rebook. We charge your saved card on the date shown before you approve - 3 days before the new booking's free cancellation ends, or when you approve if that is less than 3 days away. If the new booking is cancelled before that date, by you or by us, nothing is charged. If the payment does not go through, we tell you and try again; if it still has not gone through 1 day before the free cancellation ends, we cancel the new booking free of charge and tell you, and you will need to book again if your original booking was already cancelled.
  • Separately, you can give Booking Wolf an ongoing permission: "After we rebook you, cancel my original booking for me while it's still free to cancel." With it, you authorise us to cancel your original booking on the Booking Site on your behalf, in your browser, using your signed-in session, for each stay we rebook for you. You can give or withdraw this permission at any time in your Rebooking settings on bookingwolf.com or in the Extension. We record when you gave or withdrew it, and the IP address and browser used.
  • Even with that permission, we only cancel a booking that we rebooked for you, only once your new booking is confirmed by our supplier, and only after the Extension has checked on the Booking Site, just before the final click, that the booking number, hotel and dates match and that cancelling is free of charge. If any of these checks fails, we do not cancel it and email you a link to cancel it yourself.
  • When you turn on Auto-rebook, you give that same authorisation in advance for rebookings that fall within the limits you set. Before Auto-rebook acts on a rebooking, we notify you at least 12 hours in advance, and you can stop it at any time before then using the Stop button. You can turn Auto-rebook off at any time.
  • If a rebooking would change what you get, for example by adding breakfast or a better room, we always ask you first. Auto-rebook never accepts an upgrade or any other change to your stay on your behalf.
  • Nothing is booked or charged through Booking watch without your approval of that rebooking, or an Auto-rebook permission you have set up. No original booking is cancelled for you without the ongoing permission above, or your own request to cancel that booking ("Cancel it for me now").
  • The new booking is a booking made through Booking Wolf and is covered by the rest of these Terms, including section 2 (third-party terms) and section 3 (payments, refunds and cancellations). If we cannot confirm the new booking, section 3.2 applies.

4a.4 If the automatic cancellation does not go through

  • After following the cancellation steps, the Extension checks that the Booking Site shows the original booking as cancelled. We only treat your original booking as cancelled once we have verified this.
  • If we cannot cancel it automatically, or cannot verify the cancellation (for example because Chrome was closed, you were signed out, or the site changed its pages), we will email you a link to cancel the original booking yourself, and we will aim to do so before that booking's free-cancellation deadline.
  • Once we have told you that the original booking still needs to be cancelled, it is your responsibility to cancel it with the Booking Site. Booking Wolf is not responsible for any charges, no-show fees, cancellation fees or other amounts charged by the Booking Site or the hotel on your original booking if you do not cancel it after we have told you to.
  • If the original booking could not be cancelled for free because of an error by Booking Wolf (for example, we told you too late to cancel it in time), we will give you Booking Wolf credit equal to the cancellation charge you paid, to use on your next booking with us. Contact us with the charge and we will add it to your account.

Booking Wolf is not responsible for the Booking Sites' own systems, policies or decisions, including any refund they owe you on your original booking, which is handled by them under their terms.

4a.5 Switching it off

You can switch Booking watch off for any site, turn off Auto-rebook, or disconnect the Extension from your Booking Wolf account at any time in the Extension's settings. Once a site is switched off, the Extension stops reading it and will not start any new rebooking or cancellation on it. Switching off does not cancel a rebooking that has already been confirmed; that booking is handled under section 3.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our Service responsibly and not to:

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information or URLs.
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
  • Use any automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or use the Service for bulk submissions or competitive analysis, other than through the authorized AI assistant access described in §4, without our express written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Booking Wolf platform, including its text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Booking Wolf, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Marketplaces and Links

Our Service involves interacting with and displaying information about third-party Marketplaces. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party Marketplaces or the end service providers. Your use of such third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booking Wolf, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including Marketplaces or end service providers.
  • The failure of a Marketplace or end service provider to accept or confirm a booking, or any issues arising from the service provided by them.
  • Any errors or omissions in the information provided by third-party Marketplaces.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific booking facilitation service in question.

9. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Service, or these Terms, at any time. We will provide notice of material changes to the Terms by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
