The transaction process is fast and check out is speedy. The data on the packing list are detailed and complete. The enclosed certification is also great. I just wish there's somewhere for customization where I can input my item number upon placing the order.

The product itself is good. But there is some limitation when ordering through eCommerce. I wish there is a choice when one can apply collect account for freight, and attached document for sales exempt certificate.
