I am not used to writing reviews here, BUT I HOPE SOMEONE FROM ZENPARK READS THIS BECAUSE I CANNOT CONTACT THEM IN ANY WAY.
I booked with them a parking spot in Paris on Rue Lafitte for April 26, spending €222. Parking valid and paid until May 7.
On 27/4 I received an email from their “Partner Success Manager” stating that from that moment for 3 weeks the parking would be INACCESSIBLE due to works. As a solution, it said to move the car to three other parking lots, without specifying how to make this change, since access to the parking is via app. I replied to that email with three messages, without receiving any response, and chatted with their chatbot, without solution, and also tried calling the numbers found on Google, but without success. I then tried to carry out the parking change procedure via the app, to the parking on Rue de la Victoire 42, but this procedure requires subscribing to another mandatory monthly subscription, for the month of May until June 2. Not knowing where to park the car until May 7, I was therefore forced to subscribe to this other subscription for €162. Therefore, due to their problem (ongoing works) I was forced to subscribe to another monthly subscription until June 2, unnecessarily, because I only needed it until May 7. All this, not counting all the resulting inconveniences. I think it is the worst experience of my life as a consumer, especially since there is not even the possibility to remove my card from their site. I ask Zenpark customer service to provide me here with an email address to contact them, otherwise I will have to proceed through other means.

The only issue is the elevator. Only works going down and not coming back up. I don't know if it was by purpose or broken.

I used to work with Zen several years now and I always had a very good customer experience .,Till now ! This morning I arrived at my reserved parking place . ( reserved 4 months in advance) no place available. I missed my Eurostar, too late to cancel hotel. Tried to call him , found no phone number or helpdesk in application.

Zenpark website offered various options of car parks at Toulouse airport. We chose Holiday Inn, as being very reasonably priced. This was a mistake, because on the main page it looked as if free transfers shuttle bus were included in the price. They were not only not available as they are only available on a very part time basis, but there was a €10 charge each way. This of course increased the price to park significantly, and as there was no transfer available when we arrived at the Holiday Inn we had to get a taxi at €15. I raised this as a complaint with Zenpark who understood our point of view about it not being very clear and we dealt with an excellent advisor names Adele who dealt with our complaint in a very professional and understanding way. For this reason I give the Holiday Inn a negative review because of the unavailability of shuttle transfer and extra cost entailed when it is available but I would give Zenpark high recommendation but would ask them to make the website a bit clearer on the lack of shuttle sometimes and extra price when it is available. .
