Terrible customer service!!

I ordered a bed base on 23 June and paid premium delivery for delivery on a specified date of today, 13 July betweedn 7.00 and 12.00. I receive a text at 9.20 this morning saying my delivery was cancelled. No explanation, nothing. I sent eamisl to Tediber customer service - no response. Phoned them and a friendly guy chased it up and proinmised the dlviery people would call me bertween 12.00 and 14.00 to sort the dcelivery for today. As I am going away on Friday and need the bed for family visiting when we get back, I had arranged my whole week accordingly and I do not have time to wait in on the whim of delivery people. No call or message in that time so I called customer service again. That guy promised to call me back to confirm that they would either deliver it today or if he couldn't get them to do that it would have to be tomorrow morning (fat chance I suspect as it's a holiday!). I still await any information at all. I am beyond furious at this shoddy service and no information that helps to resolve anything. I will not order again from here and warn others the same.

Very poor delivery and customer support

I ordered a full double bed set for 2000 euro one months ago and I am still waiting...
The first order 6 months ago was already problematic but at least I got it (late).
Their product quality is good that's why I decided to give it another try.
The main problem is that it's very difficult to reach them, they don't reply to mails within 48 hours (during the week) as promised.

The delivery service was extremely easy and efficient. The mattress arrived on time. The quality of the mattress is exceptional, I’m very happy with this purchase.

Super happy with the experience

Super happy with the experience. I have great nights since I purchased their bed. It's like a dream come true, literally. No more back pain, no more soreness, no more insomnia. It's just comfort. The delivery, the montage, the service were all impeccable. I'm so happy with everything. All this is a gift of my sister and I think it's one of the best gifts ever. I also bougt bed sheets, have not tried them yet but they are very beautiful and soft.

I am so pleased with the Tediber service. Ordering online several items was easy. The delivery was amazing and happened the next day! I'm very impressed and highly recommend this brand brand for all new parents looking for a stress free experience ordering a baby crib and mattress!

Two Stars because of Quick answer from…

Two Stars because of Quick answer from Customer Service, HOWEVER the delivery Window was not hold by Carrier, and from that Point it was not possible to get reliable and consistent Information fro tediber customer Service, No possibility to call, Chat useless, Carrier was due to call before delivery when approaching the delivery point, which he didn‘t, and I just received an SMS from their mobile device, I was not there, could Not delivery, please reorganise a new delivery appointment… which I Don t want as First one was Not met. I tried to call back as soon as the SMS came in, No answer, Full mailbox, 0 Reaktion / 0 Support from tediber Customer Service. Just inacceptable. I would Not not recomnend to Place orders with them

We are truly sorry to read about your experience and fully understand your frustration. When a delivery window is not respected, followed by inconsistent information and the inability to get clear support, it creates a feeling of complete helplessness — and that is not acceptable.

While we appreciate you acknowledging the initial responsiveness of our customer service, this clearly did not continue throughout the delivery process. The lack of coordination with the carrier, the absence of a pre-delivery call, the missed delivery reduced to a single SMS, and the impossibility to reach anyone afterward understandably led to disappointment and anger. Being left without answers or support in such a situation does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.

Your feedback highlights serious shortcomings in communication and follow-up once an issue occurs, and it is taken very seriously. Thank you for taking the time to describe your experience in detail — even though it was a negative one — as it helps shed light on what must be improved.

Misleading advertising and poor customer service

The company advertises a free trial period for its products, including free return shipping, on its website. However, it doesn't state that this only applies to deliveries within France. The goods did not meet our expectations, so we wanted to return them. This is only possible after prepayment (79.00 EUR fees!!!). Customer service offered no assistance whatsoever. In Germany, this business practice would clearly be illegal. You have lost a customer as a result, and I regret having shopped there in the past.
