You advertise your sneakers in regular and wide but your wide are more narrow than most sneakers. Won't be buying from Hoka again.
I have used Hoka Sneakers for several years. Initially, I was happy with the quality despite the high price point for a sneaker ($150). With that said it seemed like every year I purchased new sneakers from them they would break down faster and faster. Two weeks ago I was wearing my Hoka Clifton 10 and demonstrating a running drill at my training facility. (I train youth - professional athletes). As i went to make a cut my foot exploded through the side of the sneaker. The sneaker literally ripped 5" straight across and my entire foot was out of the sneaker. I'm extremely lucky I wasnt seriously injured. When I contacted Hoka to let them know the sneaker nearly ripped in half (less than a yr in) they told me it was not their fault and based on looking at pictures it was "excessive use and likely misuse". That is possibly the most ridiculous statement I've ever heard. I guess wearing sneakers a few hours a day and walking around in them is now considered excessive. How you can misuse sneakers is beyond me. I walk around primarily indoors with them. I sometimes demonstrate running and cutting drills at 50%. For a company to sell high end sneakers that can't hold up to someone walking and jogging in them is embarrassing. If you are thinking of purchasing Hoka sneakers DONT. Save your money. For $150 just go buy two of another brand and they will last much longer and you will be much happier.

Customer service is absolute shit. Ordered hokas online as they weren’t available in their store closest to me. Got the email confirmation, paid, and everything and then an hour later, I receive an email saying that I have been refunded for them. I didnt request for a refund nor cancelled my order. I also did not receive any email about why my order was cancelled and why I was being refunded. Sent them an email, they said the shoes i was after were out of stock. Checked on their website, shoes were still available and in my size. Sent them another email asking about this or when they will get restocked in case they havent updated the website yet, it has already been a week and still no email from them. Absolutely horrible.

I am a long-time, loyal HOKA customer who loves the Clifton 9 so much that I stockpiled a few pairs before they were discontinued. I kept this specific pair in immaculate, climate-controlled storage until this week.On my very first wear, the entire rubber outsole completely delaminated and detached from the midsole. This wasn’t standard wear-and-tear; it was a catastrophic failure of the factory adhesive compound. The shoes are physically brand new. The manufacturing textures on the tread are 100% intact, there is zero street smoothing, and the logos printed on the insoles are completely crisp and untouched.Despite providing undeniable photographic proof that these shoes have zero mileage on them, HOKA’s customer service hid behind a rigid, automated 1-year policy to deny my claim based solely on the receipt date.A premium athletic shoe carries an implied promise of merchantability. A product that disintegrates on day one is fundamentally defective, regardless of whether it sat in its original box for 3 months or 13 months before taking its first step.HOKA is choosing a computer-generated calendar deadline over basic product integrity and customer loyalty. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and consumer protection agencies. If Deckers Brands wants to rectify this blatant manufacturing defect and retain a long-time customer, please contact me regarding Claim #RA00911049_RCRT

I bought my son a pair of Hoka, Clinton's, and less than 4 months later the entire outer edge ripped open while he was at camp.playing basketball. These were not his everyday shoes but he did wear them 3-4 days a week. I submitted a warranty review and it was denied for wear and tear. They offered nothing for the ripped shoes. My son is not super rough on shoes and if the consider this normal wear and tear after less than 4 months I will not be purchasing shoes from them again.

I have joined as a member. I log in and try to complete challenges such as Connect to Strava. It then asks me to login again even though I am already logged in and then sends me back to the dashboard again . I am going around in circles. Not impressed.

Being a Hoka fan I wanted to source a pair of runners, the same version as I’d purchased a year ago as knew the style, fit and comfort was perfect for me .
Easy to order website, I opted for the ‘upgraded version’ of my original model. ….absolutely on time delivery and the sizing and description was perfect !

I was recommended Hoka shoes by my podiatrist although a little expensive I thought I’d give them a try. I have yet to wear them out but so far so good super comfy. I can’t wait to see how my feet feel after a 13 hour shift.
