I worked with Nick for three orders in the last several months. He was an excellent rep with whom to work. He gave good guidance on my product selection. Fast delivery on all three orders. Great color. Flash drive Wafer Duo - look great, high quality, great memory capacity. Will be impressive to give to classmates at 60th high school reunion with memory book loaded. Water bottle Adventure 550. Name personalized. 1st order for family travel and gatherings. They loved it. Even a new born got one. He didn't say much though. 2nd order for high school 60th year reunion. Used historic school name and mascot, pre-dating 2 other towns' schools merging into ours. Again look great and high quality. Appreciated by the classmates who carry memories of the original school and classmates with whom they graduated. Name personalization a huge plus.

Olivia helped with our needs incredibly. She provided samples reviewed what we were looking for and when we need an adjustment to the design got it back to us right away. The charging blocks we chose came out perfectly and were exactly what we were looking for.

Flashbay was incredibly helpful in choosing the correct USB drive for our company. Olivia sent multiple options quickly for us to review and provided proofs in a very timely manor. We would use Flashbay again for sure!

Dovovan was great! He truly went above and beyond. We ordered thermal water bottles as wedding gift to our guest. We received them days before the expected delivery date; which is always a bonus and more exciting. Great quality!

Also, Katrina is excellent and super patient. Sometimes it takes a bit to get approval but she followed up to make sure everything was okay.

Had a great experrience with Hieu and the whole team at Flashbay. They were courteous, prompt, efficient and extremely attentive. Their pricing is competitive and I am extremely pleased with their product.
