Still waiting to receive my pack which was not delivered at the right address as per my request

Nothing was delivered. I live in a house, I was home, and nobody came. It's a private residence; nobody could have received it. Furthermore, I hope you know where my personal photos were delivered, as they are personal and I hope they weren't delivered to just anyone without a signature.

It's a lie that they were delivered to the correct address.

Also, I checked the app at 1:57 PM and it said it was delivered at 2:21 PM (how could it have been delivered at 2:21 PM if it was only 1:57 PM?).

I placed the order and made the payment on May 20th. I've already lost several days at home because the delivery date has changed multiple times.

And now, on top of everything, they delivered my personal photos to another location? I'm at home, and I was staying home waiting for the delivery when I encountered this false information.

I find this disrespectful. I've completely lost confidence in your company.

At this point, almost a month later, I'm without my money, without my photos, and without any information.

I confirm once again that the initial and current addresses are correct, and this is the first time something has not been delivered to it.

I placed an order a month ago (on the 9th of May). They shipped and lost my first order, and supposedly reprinted and shipped it again with another long Estimated Delivery Date. The EDD of the second order has already passed, and no pictures have arrived. I kept our wedding invitations on hold, waiting forever for pictures that never showed up. Super disappointed. Don't trust this company.
