Poor customer service and lack of follow-up
My experience with Beliani Italia customer service has been very disappointing.
Despite a return being collected months ago, I had to repeatedly chase updates myself, with very little proactive communication from their side. Responses were often delayed, inconsistent, and I was repeatedly told I would receive updates that never arrived.
The lack of follow-up and internal coordination made the process unnecessarily long and frustrating, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution.
Overall, the main issue has been poor customer service and failure to keep the customer informed throughout the process.
Outdoor gazebo
I purchased an outdoor gazebo from Beliani and unfortunately I am very disappointed with the quality.
After just one week of normal use, it was completely damaged during the first rainstorm and essentially fell apart.
For a product advertised for outdoor use, I would expect it to withstand basic weather conditions. This clearly did not meet those expectations.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with the durability and would not recommend this product.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered my sofa at the beginning of November. I requested delivery on the 9th December. It’s now 7th January, I have still not received the sofa. We had no couch over Christmas or new year with a large family. No help or communication from the company or the distribution centre. No one cares. I’ve been calling all day and no news. It will be 2 months in a few days since I ordered the sofa. Taking my money but not delivering. The worst.

Where do I begin with how horrible my experience has been? Here's the short version... I ordered 2 beds with headboards, 3 mattresses, and one sofa with ottoman. I did not receive the sofa or the headboards. Beliani customer service is non-existent and they ghost you once you have a problem, and I have never heard of a company before that cannot provide tracking links to your delivery, such I experienced with Beliani. Luckily, I purchased via PayPal and I have escalated my complaint to Paypal. After weeks of game-playing by Beliani "customer service" I escalated my claim to PayPal.
UPDATE: It is now 21 January and I still do not have my sofa or my headboards and I have paid over 3,000 euros. Paypal has said there is no evidence that I have not received my sofa or headboards, despite my showing photos of the empty room without a sofa. How do you prove that you did not receive something? So I guess I just lose the 1,300 euros I paid for the sofa and that's ok with this company?

Ho ordinato 2 letti con testiere, 3 materassi e un divano con pouf. Non ho mai ricevuto il divano né le testiere. Il servizio clienti Beliani è inesistente e smette di rispondere non appena sorge un problema. Inoltre, non avevo mai sentito parlare di un’azienda incapace di fornire link di tracciamento per la consegna, cosa che mi è successa con Beliani.
Per fortuna ho pagato tramite PayPal e ho presentato un reclamo. Dopo settimane di prese in giro da parte del “servizio clienti” Beliani, ho escalato la controversia a PayPal.
AGGIORNAMENTO: Oggi è il 21 gennaio e non ho ancora ricevuto né il divano né le testiere, nonostante abbia pagato oltre 3.000 euro. PayPal afferma che non ci sono prove che io non abbia ricevuto il divano o le testiere, nonostante abbia fornito foto della stanza vuota senza divano.
Come si fa a dimostrare di NON aver ricevuto qualcosa?
Quindi immagino che io debba semplicemente perdere i 1.300 euro pagati per il divano, e per questa azienda va bene così?

I ordered furniture from Beliani Italy which was in stock and was listed as being delivered in 5-7 days. It has now been 26 days and they are unable to tell me when the furniture will be delivered as they say it is outwith their control as it is with the courier. I have contacted them multiple times - they do not respond to emails and I can't seem to get any help from the Chat function on their website. I will not be ordering from this company again - the customer service is appalling.

Desidero esprimere il mio profondo disappunto per la gestione del mio ordine e del rapporto con il cliente. La situazione attuale è il risultato di una vostra cattiva gestione e di una serie di mancate risoluzioni che si protraggono da tempo.
Ho effettuato numerose chiamate per cercare di risolvere il problema, ma ogni tentativo si è rivelato vano. Non solo il problema non è mai stato risolto, ma non sono mai stato ricontattato in merito. Questo denota una chiara mancanza di professionalità.
L'ultimo contatto telefonico è stato particolarmente spiacevole. Un vostro operatore si è dimostrato estremamente scortese, affermando che il problema non fosse di sua competenza e suggerendomi di contattare direttamente il trasportatore per risolverlo autonomamente. Ho giustamente rifiutato tale proposta, poiché ritengo che la risoluzione di un problema relativo a un vostro ordine sia di vostra esclusiva responsabilità.
In seguito a questo episodio, ho deciso di annullare l'ordine per giusta causa. Mi è stato quindi inviato un documento per la cancellazione, che ho prontamente firmato e restituito come richiesto. Sebbene l'operatore abbia confermato la ricezione del documento, il giorno successivo mi è stato richiesto nuovamente lo stesso modulo, evidenziando ulteriormente la disorganizzazione interna e la scarsa attenzione al cliente.
L'ordine è stato effettuato il 23 aprile e, ad oggi, non ho ricevuto né il letto, né il rimborso. La situazione è inaccettabile e rappresenta un danno significativo per me. Pubblichero questa recensione, e mi riservo di procedere per vie legai.
I wish to express my profound disappointment with the handling of my order and your customer relationship management. The current situation is the result of your poor management and a series of unresolved issues that have been ongoing for some time.
I made numerous calls to try and resolve the problem, but every attempt was futile. Not only was the issue never resolved, but I was never even contacted back about it. This clearly demonstrates a lack of professionalism.
The last phone contact was particularly unpleasant. One of your operators was extremely rude, stating that the problem was not their responsibility and suggesting I contact the transporter directly to resolve it myself. I rightly refused this proposal, as I believe that resolving an issue related to your order is your sole responsibility.
Following this incident, I decided to cancel the order for just cause. I was then sent a cancellation document, which I promptly signed and returned as requested. Although the operator confirmed receipt of the document, the next day I was asked for the same form again, further highlighting your internal disorganization and poor customer attention.
The order was placed on April 23rd, and to date, I have received neither the bed nor the refund. The situation is unacceptable and represents a significant detriment to me. I will publish this review, and I reserve the right to pursue legal action.
I've ordered a Bed, never delivered. I had to contact them many times to get the full refund, but they never called me to solve the situation. I am still waiting the refund and they don't provide a clear answer, asking again and again the same document after acknowledging the request earlier on

Easy to assemble although two people are needed.
The mechanism to lift the bed frame is hard at the beginning and also depends on the type of mattress you have. But it’s great to have that extra storage space and the bed is very comfortable.
