The website doesn't work well

The website doesn't work well. I tried to use the high quality AI enhance feature, but it wouldn't let me actually download the vids (kept giving error download failed). I had to use the lower quality setting which wasn't ideal. And when i tried generating a video, the model was not giving proper text, it was all garbled. Gemini did much better, for free. No refunds.

Decietful website

Decietful website. Stipulates free but does not allow selecting free choice. I hate sites like this that go through the whole process before telling you that to get your file you have to pay. Trump maybe has shares in this dishonest site.

If i could rate this zero i would

If i could rate this zero i would. I have tried to cancel this service. They continue to bill me $9.99 a month. They responded once with "Go to website and cancel". I have no username or password as i tried it out once and never used it again as it was not very good. i have asked countless times to stop billing me and to terminate and credit my account. Their customer service is very bad, they reply in a robotic manner without answering the request.

I tried to cancel my subscription

I tried to cancel my subscription, but the cancellation option on the website was not available and the instructions were inaccurate. As a result, I continued to be charged ($9.99). I contacted support and requested cancellation and a refund. Subscription management and cancellation need significant improvement.

Continuing to charge me subscription after cancelling

Not so good with watermarks

I watched a couple of videos and thought I would give it a try. I have some watermarks I was wanting removed and let Vmake give it a try. It did not work out well, some parts of the video were removed that should not have been and other parts the watermark was removed and others not. I'll give a couple other features a try but what I am experiencing is the ai has too much control and the user much less. The price is reasonable if you can find functions that work for you but my main goal was watermark removal and inserting.

I am updating my experience.
I previously left two one-star reviews.
I was unable to cancel the recurring billing on my account. I had sent multiple emails for support and had not received timely assistance.
I was ultimately contacted by Vmake.
They assisted me and cancelled my account.
Regarding the product, it performs well and meets my expectations. I just do not need it every month.

The ai watermark remover didn’t work… NO REFUND

The ai watermark remover didn’t work for my video. I contacted customer support and the agent told me because they let you see the video before purchasing credits, they could not refund me. In my case, I was never shown how my video would look until after the purchase page. I contacted again, giving proof, and still they are not offering a refund.

Good technology, bad customer service

I used Vmake for the first month of my subscription to enhance video and it worked very well. Moreover, I am dissatisfied with the billing and accounting as they did not have my subscription under the correct email. I supplied proof via their own invoice that my account was under the billing email and they said my account was under an email that I did not use for the subscription. Their replies did not make sense and English was even off in the replies.

I’ve been using Vmake for over a year

I’ve been using Vmake for over a year, but lately the service has become overpriced and honestly frustrating to use.

Previously, $9.99 allowed unlimited watermark removal. Now, for the same price, you can only remove 3 at a time. That’s a huge downgrade and feels really deceptive.

What used to be a smooth, efficient tool has turned into a time-wasting experience. Definitely not worth it anymore—I’ll be switching to other services.

Does not remove watermark as claimed

It says it removes watermark but it only leaves your video disformed and ugly. False advertisement. Ill be looking for a refund.
