The item is terrible
The item is terrible. Bought a tool draw unit. There is no way this would hold tools. It is cheap and nasty. The draws are much smaller than the cabinet so you think you are getting draws with lots of room, but no, the draws are deceptively a lot smaller than the unit!!. The draws stick and the wheels that the draws run on are cheap and nasty. Complete waste of money

The perfect bedhead for me
I have been looking for a bedhead for a couple of years and this one met my needs perfectly. The price and delivery was the best from anywhere. Communication and despatch was good. The product was as I expected for such a low price - you’re not getting solid timber which I did not want anyway. It matches my bedside tables. They loose one star because the pieces were not marked. I advise to take the time to lay them all out on the floor and work out A,B,C, etc. Be warned A in the diagram looks like the longest piece but it’s not. Also when fitting pieces together it’s tricky to work out if they are the right way round or should be on the left or right side. But take your time, think ahead and you will be ok. I only got one piece round the wrong way. And you know at $209 for a super king bedhead you could not ask for better.

The product was junk
The product was overly complicated junk. Upon screwing it together per the instructions, the wood split. I had to throw it out. Very bad quality. You get what you pay for. It went right into a landfill.

I’m writing this review to warn others
I’m writing this review to warn others. I have received my 6 draw cabinet and started to build but did not get far. Each drawer requires four screws to hold the front on. The hole that the screws are supposed to go into is not threaded but the screws are - so the screws don’t turn, and the holes are not big enough so the screws won’t go in at all either way. This is a metal piece of furniture so there is no way to remedy this. It’s unusable. I can’t find any online help for this.
As soon as I realised I couldn’t build the item I wrote to VidaXL asking for a refund and the reply I got was that they could not send me any parts as they are out of stock and they offered me a $56 refund but the item cost me over $300 and is completely unusable.

Deceptive site with fake contact numbers and zero customer service
Brought from company Australia Melbourne Tarniet warehouse. I ordered a King Single Bed frame for a heavy senior relative, only to realise the listing completely omitted critical weight capacity details.Immediately realizing the safety risk, I tried to cancel the order. What followed was a total customer service nightmare: Fake contact details: The phone number listed on the delivered item was literally "12345678910"—just random filler numbers. Broken support channels: Their phone number goes unanswered, and their AI chat bot just loops the same useless automated responses over and over. Ignored cancellation: I kept emailing the address from my order confirmation. They completely ignored me until it was too late, finally replying to just "refuse the delivery". Deceptive delivery: I was never given a tracking number. The courier simply dumped the massive box outside my front door without a signature, making it impossible to refuse the delivery as instructed. This seller is completely uncommunicative, not answering number on their website and package has random numbers.

Pool dome disaster
I bought a pool dome round to cover my spa. This tent is not in the shape of a dome. It is just bits of plastic that only take a dome shape if it is pegged very firmly into the ground. In soft ground this is impossible. Nothing states this on the description. It is falsely advertised and not fit for purpose. Not only that but after only 3 weeks in the weather, the metal hinge is already breaking down. Vidaxl refused to refund any money. Don't trust this item or vidaxl

Terrible refund policy and customer service
$73 Product + $10 shipping arrived in a timely manner, however, product was much cheaper and flimsier than advertised, therefore I wanted to return it. VidaXL wanted to charge me a $20 restocking fee plus $15 Aus Post shipping fee, for a total cost of $35 to return a $70 item that was of no use to me. Then VidaXL offered me a $17 refund which I wrote to them and said was ridiculous so then they came back with a $21 refund. Never buying a VidaXL product again. Not worth it if you need to return it. Zero stars.
Edit: VidaXL wrote a response to my review, saying that this was resolved, however this was their $21 refund offer. What a ripoff!!! I’m still never buying anything from them ever again.

Poor quality & vague instructions.
Bought a shelf from Vidaxl
Installing was painful it was laughably vague and the instructions were poor.
Once the shelf was installed it sagged tremendously and I was forced to diy fix it.

Online Customer care service is not helpful and time consuming to accept the feedback. They should accept both feedbacks whether it is negative or positive. Negative feedback is an opportunity to improve their product and service. I found phone customer service representative is helpful and knowledgeable to understand the feedback. As I informed earlier, the instructions to assemble the product needs to be reviewed and revised so the anyone can assemble it.

I wish I had never bought these shelves I bought two lots because they looked good. It's the worst thing I could have ever done. I've unpacked them and they are very very heavy which is fine. If all the bits and pieces that they give you were fitting none of it fits none of this crews none of the metal plates that come with it are any good I had to reinvent the whole shelving system with all different brackets and everything to be able to hold the two pieces in the middle together. They say on the advert that it's recycled materials and be aware some of it might not be the same colouring or the same they don't have anything the same the shelves that fit together have very thin size or very thick sites the brackets the actual supports the outside are also very badly made I would give it zero stars I'm so bummed out that I had to spend probably eight hours minimum on putting their shelves together it was the worst thing ever I can't believe that they can actually allow anyone to sell this for even $10 let alone 600 dollars

Poor customer support/product backup
Contacted them to request an owner's manual for a product that I have. They will not email me a copy "unless I place an order". I am not going to order a duplicate item just so that they will send me a copy of the manual.
It was for the water jet animal repeller, but their Artificial Lack-Of-Intelligence was unable to comprehend the fact that it was a gift, and I do not have the order number. Most proper companies have an archive where owners' manuals and technical info can be downloaded without having to answer all sorts of questions.

Disheartened is an understatement - this is THE THINNEST sheet of metal I think I have ever witnessed. Flimsy and it even warps as you are trying to handle it. Nuts provided don't fit through the metal holes so I can't even get them assembled. Expensive mistake is an understatement, I wish I had only bought one as a trial

Choose wisely, flat pack, from Vietnam. Hobiest work bench
Not really a hard wood, more like malaysian banana wood. should have know better when I found it on Temu, another giver away to its quality was arriving as a flat pack weighing just 25kg, pictorial instruction with no propper identification of screws. No next day delivery as advertised for brisbane, 4 days from Victoria. I'll end up using it as a template and use the clamp hardware(about the only useful part). I suppose buyer be ware and you get what you pay for. Made in Vietnam.
