We have had excellent service several times from Jason at Swiss Emporium when sourcing watches for my partners watch collection. The support extends further than in store, with emails and texts responded to any time in relation to advice on watches my partner is considering. The information and advice they offer on watches is exceptional.
Our opinion of Jason & Swiss went to another level recently when we reached out and asked if we could take an 11 year old in for a special watch appointment and to start his collection. Not only did they fit us in last minute, Jason made the experience awesome for our special guest and ensured he has the same experience as an adult / seasoned watch buyer.

I was after a particular Tissot watch for my son's birthday which I was finding very difficult to buy. A number of shops as well as the Tissot website itself could not provide it and could give me no indication of when it might become available. However, Swiss Emporium came through with time to spare. The only criticism I had was that initially I received no confirmation from them of my purchase. It was only that I had taken a screen shot of my purchase that I was able to give them the order number. Swiss Emporium then let me know the watch had been ordered and would be sent to me with plenty of time to spare. That is what happened. Maybe it was an oversight but better to advise customers that a watch has been ordered rather than wait until it actually arrives before advising them. A minor gripe in the scheme of things - all actual contact with Swiss Emporium was very courteous and informative..
