People recommend them because they are nice
Do not invest your pension with them. They were managing my pension for 5 years and didnt make even 10% return. So basically considering inflation and insane fees they are taking they lost me money.
If you know nothing about investing, they are gonna sound so smart. But when you learn the bear minimum you understand their returns are a joke.
If you invested in literally anything last 5 years you made at least 30% return but probably way more.
Move to Avanza and invest yourself. Don't feed these incompetent predators.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the returns you received during your time as a client with us. However, it’s difficult to provide feedback on your portfolio history without knowing the specific time period in question, the level of risk and equity exposure in your portfolio, and which of our services you used.
Over the past five years, our portfolios with 100% equity exposure have delivered significantly higher returns than that. On the other hand, a fixed income portfolio has only produced marginally positive returns during the same period, mainly due to the rapid rise in interest rates we experienced in 2022 (as interest rates rise, bond values typically fall).
It’s also important to take a long-term perspective when it comes to pension management. Even over a five-year period, markets can yield weak returns, but our experience shows that over longer time horizons, the stock market tends to be the best investment option.

Make your research before involving with this provider
I had started a car insurance with Soderberg without doing my research properly. It turned out that I was paying 50% more than the closest competitor. When renewal time got closer, I got an offer that was even higher than the previous year. When I asked what is the explanation behind this price and told the competitors were charging 60% of what they told me, they came back and gave 40% discount on the original price. This does not feel sincere, as if it was a scam for foreigners. I can't talk about their policy quality because I never needed it in the last year.

The pricing of our insurance is based on several factors that can vary between different companies, which sometimes means we are not always the most competitive. When you reached out to us, we were able to review your policy and adjust the price to better reflect the market.
Had we noticed this at the time you first took the insurance, we would of course have already lowered the price then to ensure you felt satisfied with the premium from the start.
