Be aware of Site123

Be aware!
This is my personal experience with this company Site123.
Site123 make an withdrawal of hundreds of dollars from my bank without my consent or confirmation, as soon as my bank sent me the alert, I contacted them, and I keep repeating to the billing agent that I don’t need their services at all, and I decided not to use them because of their dishonest rules, and she try to keep charging me for the next two years for a website that I keep repeating that I don’t wanted.
I tried this website builder site 123 company, for a few months two years ago, and I would never expect that they get hundreds of dollars during the night, yesterday morning my bank sent me the alert and since then I been trying to reason with the billing team with out success. No good stars from me.

Overall a great value for me

The website builder and editor is easy to use. The choices in the image library are great. Those few times when I do get confused in trying to do something with my site, support is always quick, patient, and helpful!

Useless Technical Support

Useless Technical Support, They are creating the issue and claiming it is originated from outside.

After 3 months from not being able to use one of our email ID's and explaining the issue multiple of time of each customer service team; they are claiming that an email ID which is used for sending 10 emails per month and never used for any promotional campaign is blocked from external SPAM filters while it is blocked by SITE123 servers after sending it within 3 seconds!

See below useless reply after 3 months from following up:
"Hello

requested that you recheck this since our team has verified that your mailbox is not blocked by our SPAM Filter
After verifying this, I asked you to check again.
Since you are still receiving an error when using that mailbox, it means that it is still blocked by external Spam Filters and may take a while for them to ​whitelabel the ​mailbox

You can ​decide to remove the mailbox and create a new one in its place, but as long as the mailbox is blocked by SPAM Filters, it will not be functional. "

Don't be the next victim for them; there are many option and SITE123 should be ignored.

As usual; they will reply to this comment with silly and impractical message.

This block may result from activities linked to external software or services that you have connected to your mailbox. It is important to remember that it is the mailbox owner's responsibility to ensure that their mailbox is not misused and that no external services or products are employing the mailbox or its address in a way that promotes spam or any other activities that could lead to the mailbox being blocked.

Once your mailbox is whitelisted by the spam filters, it will become operational again.

I am experiencing exactly the same…

I am experiencing exactly the same issues. No email address I provided has been sent a verification email. The Bots providing support are useless, there is no internal communication so they keep asking the same questions and repeating the same answers - check your junk, send us another email, our domain team will send a verification email etc etc.
I have given up. Three times i have requested a refund but its just ignored.
If Support was actually reactive I would give a better star rate as its a very easy and useable system to set up your website.
Edit : within 24hrs the standard response has been issued to my review (see below) Ignoring the fact that several fully operational emails have been provided (your AI program needs improvement).
Edit 2: Finally worked out you don't need the elusive email. The domain is live. The timewasting massaging is also live unfortunately. Site123 tweek the auto email will you?.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. It's been 2 weeks since I requested a verified domain email, and I still haven't received it. Sent them 4 different email addresses, and they keep telling me to check my junk folder every time I message them. Now I've asked for my money back, and they offered one month free. LOL, what one month free when you can't advertise your website? Still no response on the refund.

Our domain department is in contact with the registrar to help you with the verification process, which is why we requested additional email addresses. This allows the registrar to attempt sending the verification email to those addresses.

I contacted site123 about a refund…

I contacted site123 about a refund which i am entitled do by the site123 refund policy it has now been over 10 days still there is zero reply zero response from site123. It's shameful. At least a hello we have received your ticket and it's been processed no nothing. Absolutely useless site never use it don't trust them never!!!!

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. I have not used this site at all, yet they failed to send a renewal notice and still charged my credit card automatically. When I inquired about the refund, they claimed they would not refund the full amount, citing their Terms and Conditions as the reason.
