Promises a lot but not delivering enough
I will commend them on account opening process. Fast and without any issues. But everything goes downhill after that.
Deposited 3 cheques on the app and sent them the paper cheques to the address provided. La Poste turned up for 2 days but Shine did not bother to accept the cheques. And now their support says they cannot collect the cheques from the post office and refuses to help or provide a solution.
