Do not ever work with this company.

I’m a client with them for 3 years, so I’d say I have more than enough experience to tell you this company is the worst in every aspect.

First of all, their “vetted” partners are not any better than Alibaba, and because they charge these vendors a fee, you will end up paying more for the same products or services you can source on your own. There is no clear evidence how they vet these companies beside the “take our words for it”

Their fulfillment center is a mess. Missing items, wrong orders, long processing orders despite all their promises. Mind you, I am a full service member, which is the highest paying membership, and still experience one of the worst, most frustrating experiences with them.

They don’t audit your storage often, and charge you the same amount of storage fees unless you demand them to do the audit - meaning you will have to micromanaging everything when you should not have to.

Transparency is non existent. They will suddenly raise their prices, change their policies without telling you. Until you ask, then they will say it changes. Imagine being their highest paying member and still get this kind of services?

Off boarding is a nightmare. Their turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, and yet, it’s been over 2 months and they still not shipping my products back. Keeping my inventory there and probably will charge me for the storage when they do not do their job.

Instead of investing in things that matter like staffing and improving on what makes sense for what their customers need, they focus on creating stupid things like AI - absolutely useless for their customers based.

I have talked to other people that worked with them and not surprisingly the experience is the same.

Stay away!

Caution Stay Away

They are the worst company I have worked for in my life and I am 58 years old. They will lie on you in a minute. They fired me when I did nothing wrong and said I had a neg attitude so I couldn't draw unemployment. I appealed and won so stay away from Pietra they are bad news

Great team and fulfillment services

We been with Pietra fulfillment services for about a year now, and they are a top notch team and warehouse. Rarely do we ever have any issues and they have great support and prompt shipping.

Do not pay attention to negative reviews here on their fulfillment, we are a high volume ecommerce brand many years in the market and have work with many 3PLs over the years. Pietra is solid and works great for us!

I never should have gotten involved with Pietra

I got Pietra for social media summaries, fulfillment, a list of shops to place in, and connections vendors. Now all it is is an AI slop factory.I need to be able to change my search settings without being charged. Also I see three are a LOT of search terms generated for me that I didn't create causing my quota to max out. I should never have gotten involved. I hate AI.
