I ordered some bar and weight plates in rubber coat. They came with mold on them, and some were clearly kept outside, in the sun, so the rubber started to fall, like dust.
I have sent them 2 support tickets and one email. They did not replied, even if they say they reply in max 3 days.
I am sorry i have not checked their reviews here, i would not order.
I would recommend to anyone, DO NOT ORDER, even if the price seems very low.

Although the fact that i had a bad experience with my previous order with outl1.com , they could fix the issue and deliver the new order with no delay and as expected.

Outl1’s delivery is a disgrace!
I bought a table for 9k and set out a date for the delivery. A few days before the delivery date, I got a phonecall that they had my package and was close to my apartment. I couldn’t pick it up that day, hence why I chose a different date. I told the deliverer that we had agreed on a different date. She looked it up and I was correct. A few days later and my package is about to arrive. I call the agency that sends my package and they say that it has been sent back. Because I didn’t pick it up, mind you, this is before the date we set up for the delivery. I try to contact them over and over again but only get generic answers that doesn’t help me. Now, it’s been 2 weeks since the delivery was supposed to happen and the only thing I’ve gotten out of messaging outl1 is that I have to pay for the delivery that didn’t happen and that I need to buy the product AGAIN. I refuse and demand that they send me my package since I haven’t been sent the package at the agreed date.

it's been 4 months, and I still have not received a refund for a mirror I purchased. It was broken, and sent back - but the company refuse to pay me back.

Purchased a snowblower and pins in Nov - according to the web site the snowblower is in stock and the pins are not. After some time waiting - I contacted them about the order as my order just said waiting for shipment- theyy responded that one item was to be recieved in dec - and gave numbers that did not match either of the articles. Then I tried contacting again 2 more times - the third time I realized there seems to be a autoanswer - it seems you have already contacted us and we would like you to compile your questions in one request - we have deleted your request-
So it seems one has one chance to contact them - as you have to fill in your order number - and they must have this autoanswer on every request after the first.
I honestly dont know if this first answer was also given as a auto answer - but at the end of each it says - the name Kent
There seems that there is no way to contact them by phone - so I have now waited almost a month for a snowblower - during winter.
I really would like someone to help to send the snowblower - or to contact me to tell me what to expect - as again it says it is in stock

Reported the company to police for scamming. Ordered a product which the day after they reduced. Contacted support after 2 weeks still wasn't shipped. Completely ignored sent the product to the wrong person. Called support to they said IT issues can't help you. Called a few weeks later asked to cancel purchase they said lol no. Completely useless company has been reported by endless amount of users. The government needs to step in and shut this pyramid scheme down.
I can really not recommend ordering here. Whatever few SEK you'll save you'll have to pay later in headache and the worst possible customer service.
I ordered a compost, waited a few weeks and then contacted customer support, no answer.
Patiently i waited a while longer and contacted customer support again, this time getting an answer - a delivery had been attempted and failed, the notifications never reached me and the item was returned to the company.
Who then just sat there happily, with my money in their account and my item in their storage - not seeing the need to contact me.
I would much rather buy from a company that goes like: oh, someone paid for an article and it came back to us, let's figure out what went wrong.
Clearly Outl1 isn't such a company.
They have also stopped responding to my customer service contacts, so the matter of the paid and undelivered compost remains - since April 2025.
My trekkrunner treadmill which is less than 6 months old now emits some smell and gets hot after 30 min use. There is no error message on it and i make sure to use lubricate on it too so I dont know what the issue is. I have filled several contact form with this store and when i do i get an automated email back that they will reply within 4 days. it been almost 2 weeks now and still no reply from them. There is no other way to contact them also. Order from them only if you want to bring frustration into your life.

dossier 552306; I bought a greenhouse of 33M2 on 13th of march and I am still waiting for the missing half.....
I got delivered a 16m2 model and even on the delivery note it was clearly written: 16m2. I provided several proofs that I did not get the mid-module to extend the greenhouse to 33M2, but sadly I am still waiting for the missing part....This feels very bad...
I hope that I can ajust this text soon to: my problem is taken seriously and it is solved.
addition 25-6-2025 - finally, after almost 3,5 months I got my parts delivered. I needed to send countless emails to ask for it.... judge by yourself, if you want to do business with this company...for me, NEVER AGAIN.

Totally useless and discovered too late as it was a present. Considering this was ordered 3 months in advance and was a month late it was a total disaster. The business model used here seems to be take advance orders and then buy and ship over from China making a fat profit. Will never shop here again, better to go direct to Alibaba.

I have been trying to get in touch with them to amend my order. However they do not answer phone or email. All I get back is an automated message telling me they are bus and need 4 working days to respond. That is now 10 working days ago. Would not deal with them ever again.

The fee for cancelling an order is 749 Swedish crowns on top of paying for the return shipping.
They state a 5 day delivery on their website. I cancelled it after 12 days because the delivery company (DHL) had not yet received the product and I had not received any communication from the company.

BE careful when dealing with these!I bought a product I wanted to return, I followed exactly their instructions, and accepted to pay the return fee they wanted to charge me. Later they emailed me with extra 800kr to pay 300kr for shipping+ 500 admin fee XD + 300 for return shipping that i was planning to pay. so basically they made it reach the price of the product itself, and they never refund me back. ignored my emails asking for explanation and my money back.
Real real scam!!!

First, I'd like to list the positive things about my experience.
Their website looks nice and is easy to navigate. Also, they were realistic with their delivery time. That's it in my experience.
I dont know about the quality of their other products but the product I purchased, a matte black shower set with thermostat, was a big disappointment. It looks very good and sleek. I hired professional and certified VVS handymen to install it. They installed it but unfortunately it was leaking crazily, which resulted in higher costs for me because they had to come back the next day and buy extra material (Flexslang, t-kopplingar, tryckpluggar, 3 st nippel, 2 st packningar). I dont know if I just got an exceptional faulty product or if it's generally a hit or miss... I regret buying this, thought I'd save some money but in the end I paid even more. I could not return it because at the time the leakage was noticed the product has already been installed and the VVS handymen already performed paid work.
For now, I'm not going to purchase anything on their website again though the things the offer look pretty good.

It has been the worst internet shopping experience I have had in Sweden. An order that should have been delivered within 3-5 days took 45 days. Every few days they sent contradictory information regarding the order status.
When I contacted them asking for a solution, they only threw poor excuses at me.
When I finally received the order, I asked them for a compensation and they refused. Worse customer service I have ever seen in my whole life. I will never use OUTL1.se again, and I strongly reccomend everyone out there to stay away from them and look somewhere else.
First of all they were late with the delivery which i can live with.
After spending a lot of time assembling a shower cabin it shows that they haven't sent all items needed to finish. That's also something that can happen.
What i don't understand though is how a company can be such clowns. First they claim to respond all complaints within 48 hours. It has been close to two weeks now without any response at all. I've created additional complaints and same thing there. I try to call them within their opening hours 08:00-16:00. Getting voice answer that it's open between 08:00-12:00. I've been trying to call them between that time multiple days in a row now. No answer.
