I called to ask a question about their product and got help right away.

I received a 10' e-track today that is extremely beat up. There are scratches over the entire track and the packaging is ripped to shreds.

I purchased Pewag security chain and sleeves from Murphy, and the entire experience was great. Excellent website with good inventory had what I needed in stock. I neglected to order something and didn’t notice it till after I had checked outso I called and got excellent customer service and they were able add to my order and reduce further shipping cost. The product is quality and my overall experience was exceptional.

There was an issue with one of the items not being shipped with the order. The issues was remedied right away and the item was shipped right away.

I ordered my cable slings with the hope they would ship the same day for an upcoming job on the weekend... I didn't receive an email showing that it had shipped so I called and talked to them. They were extremely helpful knowing that I needed them for the weekend, so they shipped them 2nd day air to me on their dime!!! So, I was able to get my job done using the new slings. I was very impressed with their customer service and help tracking my package. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!!!!!! Thank you,
