Bad experience and very bad service
I ordered a magnetic fly screen (White) on Jun 20 2026, Unfortunately I received the fly screen in Black on Jul 1 2026. Sent the email to CS and have them to replace with a White one, CS replied on Jul 2 2026 and have me to take a photo of the product and sent it back on Jul 2 2026. Have been waiting until 11 Jul 2026 and no reply at all.
This is a very bad experience for Moskera, will not recommend to anyone or buy from them.

i doubt that the mosquito net is made in the EU as the sender in the delivery company’s email was clearly a seller in China.
ordered a standard 80x210 cm net for the balcony door but unfortunately it does not fit well. tried returning it. emailed the support team as advised on the site.they have replied once,asking if i would like exchange.replied that i would like to return the item and get a refund. that was 06.25. on 06.29 sent a reminder. still nothing,almost 2 weeks later. i guess they just wait till the customer runs out of the time to return.

Ive bought multiple cheap versions of this item from a well known social media platform and they have all been sub standard…tear easily, measurements poor, weak magnets etc etc. This one however is spot on…measurements perfect, velcro and adhesive very strong, magnets that actually come together, heavier duty fabric, lets more ambient light through and the list goes on. I am really happy with the quality of this product…my only slight criticism is the time it took to receive it; but that is only me being picky. You will not regret purchasing this product at all. Suggestion: With low balcony windows, a triangle forms that limits the passage, which causes slight discomfort when walking through. I would think about a solution where at least the top part of the mosquito net can also be unfastened. Additionally, I would consider magnets along the edge. With narrow windows (left/right), a narrow passage forms because the mosquito net itself narrows the doorway.

Avoid at all cost
Ordered made-to-measure fly screens for 4 windows and 1 door. What arrived didn't fit — off by enough that installation was impossible.
What followed was two weeks of circular support emails, repeated requests for photos I had already sent, and a suggestion that manufacturing tolerances of "1–2 cm" are normal and I should just make it work. Nobody mentioned this caveat anywhere on the website before purchase.
Cedric initially offered an unconditional exchange. When I accepted, the goalposts shifted — suddenly they needed proof the error was theirs. I sent photos. Then silence for days. Then another clarifying question. Then more silence.
I've asked for a refund multiple times. I've offered to return the items with a prepaid label. The response has been either delay or nothing.
If you're buying made-to-measure products and need them to actually fit, go elsewhere. The product may be fine when sized correctly, but the customer service when something goes wrong is genuinely awful — slow, evasive, and designed to wear you down rather than resolve the issue.

I sent an email that probably something went wrong and request the white frame.
Client support (John) does mention that there is no specific demand for a white frame mentioned so they will take no action.
Supportive information supplied (screenshot of request & offer), again customer support (John) refuses to take action and asks me why this would be a problem.
Very interesting and disappointing experience about something that clearly went wrong at Moskera and would be so easy to solve. Somehow they chose to not deliver service.

Looks good, feels good quality and works. NO flies around food time 👍.
Was delivered in a square box, i think if they was to roll it up and send in a tube it would be better as when folded you get creases.

Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company, period. I ordered two products from them, as they are bespoke they take a while. Then they ship from France. So be prepared to wait. Then they sent me two entirely different products; one with magnets and one with velcro (why the difference, who knows). The magnet one wasn’t working so I asked for a refund (not willing to wait another 2 weeks for a new one). They flat out refused to give me my money back on their faulty product.
Choose an off the shelf size rather than a bespoke one. At least when it doesn’t work, you can get your money back rather than the trader hiding behind lame excuses like “this is a bespoke product, we don’t offer refunds.”. Yeah mate, your product is faulty and isn’t working!

Great service very quick easy install excellent quality , we can now leave the door open and the dog can come and go especially in the summer cuts 99.9% of the flies out now have three across the patio doors and back door and have recommended them to other people who have since installed them.

I recently ordered a custom-sized mosquito screen from Moskill and the whole process was surprisingly smooth. Even with non-standard dimensions, placing the order was quick and straightforward.

Moskera produce quality products that can also be customised for different size doorways. Everything they promise is accurate. The mesh and magnets are both really strong, which are the 2 key ingredients for a successful fly/mosquito screen. It also passes the grandkids run through test🤣. I previously went through 3 poor quality screens over summer - this one is going to last for years and I now leave it up permanently!

My custom-size insect screen
My custom-made insect screen arrived in the correct dimensions. The screen quality is very good. Transparency is much better than I expected. The mounting tape adheres strongly, even to my rough-sawn wooden door frame. The magnets close reliably without being too heavy. It’s advisable to mount it for exact hight, because if it hangs too low the lowest magnet cannot close.
I have bought it for my dog. She can freely choose now between inside and outside, but the insects will stay out.
One drawback: The velcro is of standard quality. If you remove the screen before every winter, it will lose its grip after a few seasons. Then you'll have to buy everything new, because the soft part of the velcro is on the screen, not on the frame. And it’s the soft part which will wear. This purchase was not the cheapest choice. So, the quality screen should be paired with a quality velcro. But all in all a good choice.
