Took a while to arrive but it is good quality and i love it

Now,I mean today,15-th of July ,I was asked through TRUST PILOT to add more information of what went wrong with my order from Melano. Yes,interesting ! I have mare and already paid about 30 euro for a lamp since 28-th,June,this year. Already 18 days and my order didn't arhive and MAYBE,MAYBE it will arrive next year,this time, even if,when I have pai,18 days ago,it was written that I should have received my lamp in 1-2 days.

I ordered a cool light blue denim shirt off Meelano.
What I received looked like something an elderly person gardens in.
The product looked totally different.
When I asked for a full refund, I was told that in order to receive a full refund, I would have to pay postage. Due to them sending the wrong product, under the refund policy, they should have covered postage.
Luckily, I contacted my bank, provided evidence and Visa has reversed the transaction. If anyone else has had a similar experience with Meelano, I'd recommend the same course of action.

I bought one of the long dresses because I wanted something light but still put together for casual days out. The design looked modern without being too trendy and it was easy to style with sandals. Delivery took about a week which matched what I expected so no complaints there. I’d probably come back for another summer piece.

This is the type of store you browse when you want small upgrades to your wardrobe or home without spending too much.

I liked how vibrant the colors looked in person. The product matches the photos, although I expected the material to feel a little more premium still its good value for the price!!

Purchased Down pants Mens L. Took nearly 3 weeks to ship then another 4 weeks to arrive. The mens L just fits my daughter. Size is ridiculously small. Size tag has been cut off from pants. Not even going to bother to try and follow up,patricularly after the experience of customer service trying to track the parcel. Would strongly suggest you don't deal with this company.

Placed an order with this company, they kept me informed regarding the progress of my order, allowing me to track it. Handover to Royal Mail was seamless and Meelano provided the Royal Mail tracking number. When received goods were as described, no problems.

Stay away from this website — these people are dishonest.

I bought an external SSD, and they sent me a fake product that doesn’t even work. Then, after I complained, they made me pay for the return shipping myself.

In short, they sell fake or extremely low-quality products, and then you even have to pay to send them back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLATFORM. It is not trustworthy and seems designed to take people’s money.

I ordered a different number. I got another one. Mails to site are undeliverable. Scum

Its a scam company. They will send you million emails abour your delivery address being incorrect and therefore the order not being delivered...instead of offering refund, its just excuses and emails and excuses. Stay away from them.
