Maybe can help, maybe not.
I've used it for more than 10 days. I haven't seen any changes in my body, unlike what the commercial shows and tells. I feel the same, my energy is the same, my stomach hasn't changed, and my bowel function is the same. Maybe after a month, I can tell if there are changes; I don't know.

Hmm. 1st try.. rather it was this product or just my sistem. Farts flew 🫣 but after I don't know. I could say more energy more this and that. But it's supplement. It is what it is.. not bad in any way and only positive incomes. If u don't have any specific allergies or stuff I think it's nice morning drink to get u goin. ✌️
