A few years back I bought their Classic Invoice PDF for a project I was working on, a couple of years later I upgraded to their full All-Access level, but never cancelled my Classic Invoice I initially purchased.

It was coming up for renewal again and I inquired about if I needed both the Classic Invoice and the All Access or does my All Access cover me for the Classic Invoice license?

They cancelled my pending renewal AND offered a refund for the year I didn't need it was it was covered under my All-Access License!

This is more than I expected and I have always had awesome support from them, even when I felt like my question was stupid, and I should know the answer, they never made me feel like it was a stupid question and even followed up to ensure they answered it well enough and verified I got past any issues I was encountering.

I now consider the GravityPDF All Access package part of my go-to items to use with all my Gravity Forms work!

This little plugin for my wordpress site, saved the day for me. The fact it's free and able to export PDFs as you wish makes the whole experience a breeze. On top of that, support is an absolute charm.
I first started using GravityPDF some years back, and recently they did an overhaul which was completely foreign to me, but support stepped up and made the adjustments I needed to my existing PDFs and everything started working smoothly again.
I couldn't function the form associated with this plugin without GravityPDF so it's a lifesavers. I wish I could give it 10/5 stars. It's that good and easy to use.
