I placed one order in September 2025 but either by accident or by the company’s scam I seemed to have been signed up to ongoing monthly subscription. I am being charged £46.75 every month. I have been trying to cancel this subscription ever since. Despite all my pleadings they continue to invoice and send me the pills. Can someone help and advise how I can get this company to stop defrauding me. They ignore my emails and their link to manage subscription online does not

I reported it to my credit card company but so far they have not helped

Hello. It seems like the company that has defrauded is very similar name but is different. I apologise for the inconvenience caused. I was very angry as they were taking nearly £50 every month from my account. In the end I managed to stop it by raising it with my credit card company. I still have received any refunds but at least they are not taking any further money. Again apologies.

I was having problems after giving birth. I felt as if my hormone mess was affecting my armpits... I tested several deodorants, including my husbands'. Didn't work... I was really and positively surprised by the Deoss results. It stopped the smell and it does in fact last several days! Easy to use. Nice smell. Nice texture. I got it it August and I have a little less than half left (today is january).
I highly recommend it. Even if you don't have smelly armpit problems ;-)

I'm a bit conflicted about writing this review, as I don’t usually leave feedback. However, this product has raised some concerns for me, especially after reading other reviews and realizing I’m not the only one experiencing swollen lymph nodes in my armpits.

First off, the deodorant really works! I’m on my third tub now, and for a natural deodorant, it truly does its job. The first tub had an immaculate consistency, but the second one was different—much harder and even lumpy. I couldn't use the last bit because it became impossible to scrape out, so I had to throw it away. Thankfully, the third tub I'm using now is fantastic again. The only minor issue is that the product is tough to wash off your fingers after application; I usually have to wash my hands twice with soap.

However, with all three tubs, I’ve noticed lumps (swollen lymph nodes) in my armpits, which is concerning, especially if the product hasn't been dermatologically tested. It’s even more worrying because other customers seem to have had the same experience. Is this product safe? Why is this reaction happening? Can the formula be improved? I believe it’s worth investment and investigating this issue further, as you have a truly amazing product, that perhaps could be improved!

First the product: I have been struggling with sweat smell in my entire life. This always made me very insecure in my social interactions, fearing that my current deo might not work (yet again) and other might also notice this very uncomfortable issue. Then I came across Deoss through an Instagram ad. I have never in my life "fallen" for ads like this, but out of desperation I took a leap and placed on order. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!!! This is magical product and I'm forever grateful for the company for turning my life around with 180 degrees. It is important that you will not stop sweating, but this is also not the goal. Your body should be releasing sweat as part of your natural physiological being. End of the story. But this deo COMPLETELY eliminates the sweat smell. I know it unbelievable, I was also extremely skeptical. I ordered my first container 1,5 years ago and I will never look back to regular deodorants, ever. Also, because all the regular deodorants left ugly yellow stain on my white tops and this leave ZERO stains!!!!!! Due to the colour it can stain the materials when applied, but this comes completely out with washing (so just pay attention the quantity applied and put on your top carefully)

Customer service: I just have hearts to give and I would score 10 if would be possible. Swift response, kind service, fast solution.. These people care for their customers as much as the quality of their product.

I will honestly never go back to other deodorants. This is a life saver!

After seeing an advert on social media, I decided to try Deoss as I'd been struggling with other antiperspirants without success. Despite my initial skepticism, especially considering it's vegan, I was pleasantly surprised by its quality and effectiveness. It lives up to its promises, which impressed me greatly. However, the price point of 30 EU per unit is a bit steep. Nevertheless, given that it lasts me about three months, the investment feels justified. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product and have already reordered three times

No odour in 2.5 days. It works excellent

Really nice product that does what it says it will do. I like the fresh, simple scent. You use so little each time, and I have noticed no residue on clothes, including on black. Very happy to keep using this!

Best Deo I ever used so far. Nice feeling on the skin. I used one for 5 months and the smell is fresh as well!

What a lovely feel to the whole experience; from ethos, to the site, to the little box and the stuff itself. Never thought I’d enjoy a deodorant paste but it’s clean and it works. For ages.

Was very skeptic about the whole concept and it really just works amazingly.
