I`ve contacted support four times about a billing error, and every time they tell me "it`s being reviewed". Still no resolution after a month. Furious!

1,95€ Test turned into 39,90€ subscription without my consent

I have done a test, paid the requested 1,95€ for the results and 7 days later, I found out, without any notice, that a payment of 39,90€ for a subscription I was not informed about was debited from my account.

This website is not trustworthy and is scamming people into paying for subscriptions they did not agree to. There was not a clear information or warining about any subscription. By the end of the test, they requested 1,95€ so that I could get the results of my test, which I paid for. Received the test and 7 days later I saw on my bank account the charge of 39,90€ without being informed, warned about it by the Brainmanager.de team. This is unacceptable and I feel scammed.

My 14 Year old son filled out the form…

My 14 Year old son filled out the form to find out about what his future job could be. After spending quite some time to do the questionaire there was no result instead he had to put in an email adresse. He used mine and I figured out that this service has a cost.
This is somthing that should have been mentioned on the first page of the questionair. This is pishing, nothing else.
