I paid for 4 tires but received only 3. It has now been almost 3 weeks, and the company has not responded to phone calls or emails. The courier company confirmed that only 3 tires were handed over by the seller. Completely unacceptable service. I am giving 1 star and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Stay far away from this company. It’s a Bulgarian based fulfilment company, despite posing as German and Danish.

If you need to return something they simply don’t refund you, despite them having received the goods back.

They are uncontactable apart from one generic customer service email and have no phone number.

Everything went on track. Saving the fifth "star" to a situation where a problem occurs and is solved. Will definitely buy from you again.

It’s a scam take care! I don’t understand how they still operate!! Customer service is nonexistent they refunded half of my money to paypal and have no contact with them or know what’s going on!!!

I have not received all of my products. I still haven’t received the 2 last tires.

I have written several emails regarding this, but they have not replied and the phone number they have provided is not in use.

They finally responded by email and returned money back for the 2 last tires.

Sent wrong tires, phone not working, email no answers for 2 weeks, not reccomended!

EDIT:
I ordered incorrectly and found it hard to communicate with them but they do reply only via e-mail. I had to return the tires and they arrange everything for you.

Returning the tires cost 320DKK but they still have good pricing.

Because of the overall experience I ordered the correct size tires again and even though I paid an additional 320DKK for my own mistake, their prices worth it.

With respect to the year of manufacturing of the tires they are not old and are in fact, in good condition.

I have no complaints.

I ordered and received the tires within 6 business days but I made a mistake and I need to return them.

I can’t communicate with them because the phone doesn’t exist and they don’t reply emails.

Does anybody knows what is the address for returning the goods?

- Disappointing case where tires decreased in value with 200 DKK per piece 2 days after ordering. Asked them for a refund of the difference - order on GLS says not shipped, seller says tires are shipped. If I want the refund then I have to refuse the order and pay 80 DKK per tire for the return and reorder them again. That is bad customer service.

Based on above, I will trade with another tire shop next time. I will advise you to do the same.

terrible service,, I have bought tires from them a few times,, every time there is an issue, this time again they sent wrong tires, intead of sending new set and pick up the wrong one they have sent, I will have to wait until they pick up the wrong tires and they return back to their stock, then they can send the correct tires,,, it is them made mistake, why should I as a client to use extra waiting time because of their mistake ?

Update: more than 1 month later, they claim they still have not received the wrong tires they picked up, therefore they can not send me new ones,,, the winter is on the way finish now and I still have not got my winter tires,,,

If you care about your money - JUST STAY AWAY from these lowlife scumbags.
Took my money faster than I could count to 10 and never delivered my order.

I have demanded PARTIAL compensation

They sent me 2 pairs of tires even I ordered 4. Phone is not working, they do not response the emails.

Ordered 4 19 inch tyres. I received 3 x 19 inch and 1 x 18 inch.
Sent the wrong one back two weeks ago.
Their phone doesn’t work, hasn’t been working since. I get answered my emails with no info. They don’t know where the tyre is, they won’t send a new one instead, even though I, as a customer, have no stake in this. Never again.

good morning my order 0525 2110 8417 30 M I have no further news I have not received it, when I ordered they gave a delivery time of 72 hours, it is not very correct to give a short delivery time to sell and then not respect it, please contact me and give me information on my order and delivery day given the urgency of my need

I receive 2 tires of 4 and after i read all the bad review and think that i was trick by this company also because the number its invalid.
They did answear by email that the other 2 are on tranzit.
I give 4 stars because i have doubs that the brand its genuine so in the future i don t think i will choose them again.

I ordered 4 tires on Thursday and they have landed at my place on Tuesday. The delivery was through GLS and it took less than a week. The only bad thing was that danish phone line posted on the website. Don't bother to call because the line is always out of order, however, I wrote them couple of times through email and they were very responsive and helpful. I asked them to provide me tracking number for my parcel and they replied with a # right away, I asked them to send me the 4 wheels together and they confirmed that I'll have them together ... overall I'm totally satisfied of the service and will definitely use the site again for future purchases

Think about this before you order from Alledaek365
Bought 4 top end tiers, one had a fabrication fail
From start I had the impression that Alledaek 365 wouldend take my reclamation serious.
Every time I send the information they required, they answered with new request which the got within short time. After about 25 email they have stopper answering.
So before you order - check Trustpilot and see what you will deal with - I don´t recommend to shop here.
I have 15-18 vehicles and use lots of tires, but never from 365 anymore. This is for my principal
