Great price for an open box macbook air. The item arrived quick and had all the accessories included as promised. The macbook still has 10 months of Apple original manufacturer warranty left. Only 2 battery cycles on the macbook. In short the macbook truly was an open box item.

Product was delivered within the given expectation window originally provided. Quality of 13” MacBook Air M5 was in great cosmetic condition and has 100% battery life with no issues when booting up and getting set up. Outside of not having the original internal paper wrapping I’ve seen on unboxing videos, no difference could be seen between brand new condition and what they sold it at “Very Good.”

It was great to see the variety that they had as well as the great pricing. I had extra cables, so it didn’t matter, but it would’ve been nice if either charging cables had been included or it was stated that they were weren’t.

Update to the repsonse of this company…
The response is a lie, it’s a gross attempt at covering up their inept business practice.
Considering I told them I would review negatively and not purchase from them or attempt to after they abruptly canceled my transaction.
I have no need to use stolen credit cards, I have enough of my own.
I also don’t think a scammer would take time to review.
Do not buy from this company.

Ordered and card declined because quick ship company could be a scam.
Approved because it was me ordering, as I told credit card company.
Ordered again from quick ship and everything was good.
Quickship cancelled my order with no explanation, I emailed as it’s the only way to contact and they say a third party company thinks I won’t be happy with purchase.
This company had to be a joke!
I will not order or try and reorder anything from this ridiculous place.

The product I was trying to buy suddenly went "out of stock" the moment I tried to pay for it. It was in my cart and I didn't linger.

In my opinion, it looks a lot like a bait & switch scheme. Even if they actually sold it to someone else, you can't do that while it's in someone's cart.

My order never arrived, FedEx delivered to another address and they wouldn't help contacting FedEx. Very poor service!

So my AI assistant recommended this site for my GoPro Max 2. We both had reservations about the site being legit. I took a chance and was very happy that I did! The unit was in like new condition and functioned flawlessly! All accessories outlined in the product page were present and also in like new condition. I would 100% buy from QSE again.
