I've been charged for a subscription I dind't wanted.Be carreful, this website is a scam !!

Accidently signed up for a subscription without realising, i accepted this was my mistake as much as it was unclear so i emailed and they told me they had cancelled it and no further charges will be made. This payment has now come out twice more even though theyve confirmed it was cancelled. I am now trying to get my money back and they are offering me discounts instead. AVOID TOTAL SCAMMERS!!

If only I thought to read these reviews before using this website!

I used this website on a single occasion to edit a two-page document. I also paid separately to download that document, and at no point did I knowingly intend to sign up for an ongoing monthly membership. I was therefore very surprised and disappointed to discover that I had been charged £46.45 for a subscription that I was unaware had been activated.
Had it been made sufficiently clear that I was enrolling in a recurring membership, I would not have agreed to it. I only required this service for a one-time edit of a single two-page document.
Buyer beware!

HOLY CRAP!! WHAT A SCAM!!

I signed up for a simple $1.50 pdf and although I read the fine print not seeing a "subscription" it definitely just tried to charge me a $49.95 monthly subscription fee. My bank denied it (Cash App), thank goodness I didn't have the funds in there at the time and then when that didn't go through it seriously kept trying to charge .80 x 2 then .65 x 2 .. over and over every 14 minutes!! I had to get a new card. Geez... scam much??

I cancelled my subscription but was charged anyway. The company admitted the mistake and confirmed in writing that a full refund had been processed, but I never received my money.

Despite several follow-ups and a formal notice, there has been no refund. I have now initiated a Mastercard chargeback.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

Do not use anything from these people as it is a scam.

I paid very small fee to use the software once. After 4 months i was charged $181 for a subsription fee that i never signed for or knew about.

After complaining to customer support they stated nothing can be done to pay my money back but for the inonvenience they will give me lifetime free membership. What a load of croc.

The people working there are the scum of the earth.

Got charged 249£ for no reason. No email for subscription or any confirmation. Scam!

As per all the other reviews. Wish I had read them before. I changed a document once, just paying £1.49 and they just tried taking £249 as a recurring payment from my bank!!!! Luckily my bank picked it up and stopped it. The bank blocked the company from my account, cancelled my bank card and are sending a new one, so hopefully that will stop it. Total scam!!! Sounds like even if you cancel everything with the company, they still charge you!!!

They are a scam and keep charging my credit card even after months of not using them and when I changed my credit card number and reported fraud, they still were able to keep charging my new credit card number. Rip offs!!!

This company is a predatory piece of shit. I agreed to pay $1.50 to edit and download 1 document. Now they're attempting to charge my credit card $50 every month, a subscription I never agreed to.

Avoid this company
They charged 70 cents for a pdf conversion not asking me to subscribe to anything. Later they tried to take 50€ using my bank card. Fortunately my bank blocked it. Same as everyone else. Very unethical.

Fell for it!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Charged me AUD 35 today. I have raised a dispute with my bank and cancelled my card. Hopefully I will get a refund. However when I tried to cancel my subscription, it said that I've not subscribed to it, I mean then what did they charge me for?? Anyhow, I took screenshots as proof.

I wish I saw te Reviews before I fell for their "pay one time", They tried to charge me several times@$49 each. They also did several test charges at a small amount. Luckily, my bank caught on to them and "Red Flagged" them, I wis I could put 0 stars!

Scam. Like the others, I made one purchase for $1.45 and two days later they withdrew $49.95 twice. Luckily, my bank flagged it and declined.

Do not trust this website! I cancelled my subscription and have proof of cancellation, yet they are still pulling money directly from my account. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a total scam.
​Their customer service is non-existent when it comes to resolving billing issues or issuing refunds. If you give them your card details, they will just keep taking your money regardless of your subscription status. Save yourself the headache and use a reputable PDF service instead. I am forcing a block on them through my bank. Absolute thieves!

Be very careful with this service.

I used what appeared to be a simple PDF trial/service and ended up being charged on my American Express card. The transaction clearly appears as “pdfcharges.com Miami” on my bank statement.

I did not knowingly authorize recurring payments, and I find these practices deceptive and unethical.

Please read the terms very carefully before entering your card details, and monitor your bank account closely after using these kinds of PDF websites.
