Came to Mavis 7/14 at 5:20pm I had a nail stuck in my tire when I pulled up the guy stated oh you just need a patch and plug. When I walked in kelrod told me they close at 6 so it’ll take to long to do the job. He suggested I get a brand new tire it’ll be quicker which actually took I believe the same amount of time to patch it! Soon as I came in he already had a attitude, his customer service was horrible, I come here often and I’ve never experienced this type of behavior I spent almost 400 on a brand new tire because he didn’t wanna patch it. This the one time I feel played by Mavis tires. I’ll be calling cooperate in the morning.

The price of the repair and knowledge of the mechanics was second to none. The treated me with respect and showed me everything that was wrong with my vehicle. Thank you for the professional service and the outstanding service!

I had a great experience here! I came in for an oil change and to have my brake pads replaced, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Deja, the manager, was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and made sure I was taken care of. The staff was efficient, and my car was ready in a timely manner. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for honest, friendly, and reliable service. 10/10—I’ll definitely be coming back!

My experience was quick and carefully done by James, He was the best. He had the best attitude and was super patient and passionate about getting the job done. Also precious their supervisor was a sweetheart team work make the dream work.

I had the earliest appointment and didn't have to wait. Facility opened on time and addressed my concerns right away. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Provided service in a reasonable time frame and gave me a great deal. Very happy with my experience.

My experience began with a round head nail/screw in my rear back tire after leaving church service, going to my son’s house in April Oaks. Troy, a manager/foreman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and an opener, “Hi. How can I help you?” I got a nail in my rear passenger tire and I’’m hoping that it can be fixed. Troy took a look- he said it would be a quick fix, possibly just a tire patch. My wait wasn’t long because Troy and Jessie both worked together as a team and fixed my car. I resides in Lake City and repairing my tire in a timely manner prevented me from being late to a family engagement in Lake City, I felt safe on the road, and ( I saved the best for last) Troy said, “ there’s no charge for the tire work because we both decided to fix it because the workers were busy. I want to say, “ Thank you both Troy and Jessie for repairing my tire with an excellent, professional manner. I would particular recommend this Tire Kingdom to family and friends because of the care provided to me after church! I appreciate you both! Until next time!

Ray Ray and his team are all top notch! I unknowingly ran over a large piece of metal and got a flat. I called and asked if they could help. Ray Ray without hesitation said yes! One I arrived they had me in and our very quickly! It was a rough way to start an already stressful day and the gentleman made a bad situation better! Kind, professional and proficient! They definitely will be getting my business again!!

Why do people with no customer service skills get those kind of jobs? After having had a negative experience at this location in the past my husband opted to only deal with Gabe. Gabe has always been helpful, patient and honest. But today my husband went in and asked for Gabe as usual and Chris told him that he hadn’t made it in yet but would be shortly, so my husband, who is handicapped; went and sat back in the car to wait. After about 45 minutes the young woman at the desk came out to check on him. When he told her who he was waiting on she told him that Gabe was out sick today and everyone knew that so she didn’t know why he was told different. WOW!!! Chris was that upset that a handicapped senior citizen had a specific person he wanted to deal with, that wasn’t him; that he would have him sitting in a car for almost an hour for nothing? Would he have let him sit there till closing time? Having a good laugh along the way?

The only tire shop I go. Always friendly, great and fast service. Highly recommend 👍🏻

I was driving down the interstate, and my air pressure warning light came on for my driver's side front tire. I wasn't sure why, so I pulled over and saw that my tire was going flat. Got directions to Mavis in Newberry and they were fantastic. They worked me in and fixed my tire and didn't hesitate to make me feel like I was there only customer. Great people at this location!!!

Great service ! Very helpful and FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ANDYGOING OUT OF HIS WAY YO MAKE SURE JOB WAS DONE FAST AND CORRECT. Good people are hard to find and Jeremy is also very Professional when I need any questions answered. Tarpon springs store is worth telling customers about. Thank you

I Went to the store to get tires. They needed to be ordered. I was told that they would be in the following day and given a Scheduled time. When I arrived at the store at my scheduled time, I was told that the tires in fact had not been shipped to that store, but had been sent to their Lancaster store. They stated they would not be able to have them sent to their store over the weekend and that they would have them there Monday. I called the store Monday afternoon. I was told that they would be there tomorrow. That being said I have now taken off three days from work. I was a little frustrated so I got off the phone. I called back to get the location of the Lancaster store where the tires were supposedly shipped to incorrectly. This time I was told the tires were actually located in their Dover store. At that point, I asked them to refund the initial deposit. I brought multiple vehicles in that location and had great service. Apparently, the place turned into a complete **** show at this point. If you value your time, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Brought a car in to a new Mavis location for a front end alignment after replacing front control arms and struts. I was called and told that the tie rods and tie rod ends were “seized” and needed replacement at a cost of $438. I picked up the car without authorization to perform repairs and found that nothing was seized and no attempt was made to even loosen the outer tie rod end lock nuts. After finding this for myself I took the vehicle to a different shop who performed the alignment with zero issues. Absolutely corrupt business practice of trying to upsell parts and installation for unneeded service. They lost any protection business from me and everyone else in my family. Avoid at all cost.

You guys fixed my tire leak quick and got me back on the road! Awesome experience!!

Horrible experience. Slow incompetent employees. Just changed a tire to a different wheel, no vehicle. Said it had a hole but didn't fix it I had to plug it when i got home, then didn't replace valve stem but charged me for one, then it was flat next day leaking valve stem. LAZY!
So I had to replace valve stem. now it's good. AVOID THIS PLACE ! You.ve been warned !

Customer service A+ and best price for tires.

I went to Mavis Tire in Kernersville today to check my tires when my warning light came on. I have used Mavis many times in the past (when they were NTB), but have never had such a great experience at any auto or tire place as I did today. Isaiah was extremely helpful with explaining the "chop" damage issue with my tires. He showed me, let me feel them, he explained, and told me I had time to wait. I also had a sensor issue, which I knew I could put on hold. He was kind, patient, courteous and best of all, it was the 1st time (as a woman by herself) that someone has NOT tried to upsell or recommend things that I do not need yet. It was the best experience I have had at an automotive shop.... ever. Thank you Isaiah and to your team!

Over the past couple of years I've had several services performed. The service and pricing are excellent! They really care about providing world class service and have achieved the goal every time I have gone to them. I recommend this shop without hesitation.
