Ich möchte hier meine Erfahrung mit der Plattform Esketit teilen, da ich zunehmend enttäuscht bin.
Seit mittlerweile rund sechs Wochen versuche ich, Antworten auf konkrete und aus meiner Sicht berechtigte Fragen zu erhalten. In dieser Zeit habe ich den Support mehrfach kontaktiert (mindestens 4–5 Mal). Statt klarer Antworten wurde ich jedoch wiederholt vertröstet – zuletzt erneut vor über einer Woche, ohne dass seitdem etwas passiert ist.
Gerade im Investmentbereich sind Transparenz, Verlässlichkeit und eine funktionierende Kommunikation absolut essenziell. Wenn ein Support über Wochen hinweg keine substanziellen Antworten liefert, wirft das für mich erhebliche Zweifel an der Professionalität und Vertrauenswürdigkeit der Plattform auf.
Ich habe durchaus Verständnis dafür, dass nicht jede Anfrage sofort beantwortet werden kann. Aber über einen Zeitraum von sechs Wochen hinweg keinerlei klare Rückmeldung zu erhalten, ist aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel.
Für mich hat das direkte Konsequenzen:
Ich überdenke aktuell mein weiteres Engagement auf der Plattform und werde mein Investmentverhalten entsprechend anpassen.
Mein Fazit:
👉 Unzureichender Support
👉 Fehlende Transparenz
👉 Enttäuschende Kommunikation
Ich hoffe, dass sich hier künftig etwas verbessert – aktuell kann ich die Plattform jedoch aus diesen Gründen nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
Update 12.04.26:
Es kam nun "aufeinmal" eine Antwort seitens Esketit, jedoch erst nachdem ich hier eine Bewertung aufgegeben habe. Vorher kamen 6 Wochen nur Vertröstungen. Auf meine zuvor gestellten Fragen hinsichtlich genauer Zahlen der Investorenverteilung wurde leider nicht eingegangenen. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Transparenz gewünscht.

esketit ........Betrug ?
Ich verstehe nicht, dass diese Plattform vor kurzem noch von einigen "P2P - Experten" hier getestet und empfohlen wurde. Auch bei mir gibt es bislang keine Rückmeldung auf meine Fragen bezüglich Geld transferieren von Irland nach Kroatien. Es funktioniert nicht mit dem Verkauf, da sie wahrscheinlich wissen, dass zum einen die Anleger danach wegen Vertrauensverlust weg sind und weil sie höchstwahrscheinlich nicht liquide sind. Ich will nur hoffen, dass mein Geld nicht weg ist. .....und das wie gesagt, trotz der Empfehlungen auf YT. Was sagt uns das ??
P2P bleibt riskant und vor allem...hört nicht auf diese Möchtegernexperten, welche auf YouTube P2P "Banken" testen......das sind auch nur normale, ahnungslose Anleger, die Null Ahnung mehr haben als wir und lediglich auf clickbate aus sind.

Esketit hat einmal einen guten Job gemacht, aber das ist lange her. Nach immer weiter zunehmender Intransparenz bezüglich der Firmen, in die man auf der Plattform investieren kann, wurde nun ohne Vorankündigung die Möglichkeit gesperrt, Kredite zu verkaufen. Man ist nun an die teils jahrelange Laufzeit der Kredite gebunden und kann nicht mehr eher verkaufen. Dabei war die Möglichkeit schneller Liquidität durch Verkäufe der einzige echte Vorteil der Plattform. Ich würde von diesem Unternehmen die Finger lassen, es ist nicht (mehr) vertrauenswürdig!

Geld nach Nutzung des Zahlungsdienstleisters ECOMPAY wiedergefunden
Ich war bisher mit der Plattform zufrieden. Jedoch habe ich am Freitag über den auf der Seite angebotenen Dienst ECOMPAY 200,00 Euro auf mein Konto eingezahlt und trotz Nachfrage per Mail an den Support zum Verbleib des Geldes weder eine Gutschrift auf meinem Anlegerkonto novh eine sonstige geartete Anwort von Esketit erhalten.
Nutz man dem Anbieter ECOMPAY sowie wird ein eigener Verwndungszweck generiert, der von dem für normale Überweisungen abweicht.
Ich hoffe sehr, dass ich mein Geld wieder bekomme oder auf der Plattform anlegen kann! Evtl. werde ich meine Bewrrtung nochmals überdenken.
Edit 24.07.2025: Das Problem konnte geklärt werden und das Geld wurde mir auf dem Anlagerkonto gutgeschrieben. Ich werde aber zukünftig auf die Nutzung des Zahlungsdienstleisrers ECOMPAY verzichten und klassische Überweisungen durchführen - mein Vertrauen in diesen ist nachhaltig erschüttert

I was previously satisfied with the platform.
The funds have not disappeared, we have received your request on 22.07.2025, we are aiming to answer request asap, nevertheless, in general it can take up to two business days for receiving answer, as we are answering the requests in the consecutive queue order.
- However, on Friday I deposited €200.00 into my account using the ECOMPAY service offered on the site, and despite emailing support to inquire about the whereabouts of the money, I received neither a credit to my investor account nor any other kind of response from Esketit.
Our payment provider has provided with the following explanation regarding delay:
For technical reasons, the transaction callbacks do not include data about the sender of the transfer, therefore the transaction processed with the delay and required to be processed manually.
- If you use the provider ECOMPAY, a separate payment method is generated that differs from the one for normal transfers.
You are absolutely correct in your thoughts, the ECOMMPAY is a separate payment service which is used for the Instant - top up transfers, usually the Instant top - ups are processed instantly, nevertheless, in some cases our payment provider is required to receive the actual funds in order to get the transaction processed.
- I really hope I get my money back or can invest it on the platform! I may reconsider my rating.

- The problem was resolved, and the money was credited to my investor account.

Usability / Rebranding
Das letzte Update hat die Usability auf dem PC deutlich verschlechtert. Das Layouting des Login-Screens, viele sehr kleine und auch sehr große Schriftgrößen, die seltsamen Menüs machen die Bedienung im Browser zu einer Qual. Man weiß nicht, ob man den Zoomfaktor hoch oder runtersetzen soll, es passt in beiden Fällen nicht.
Das Rebranding von Cream zu AvaFin hab ich auch nicht verstanden - die Transparenz der LO hat sich meiner Meinung nach verschlechtert.

Esketit-Invest unbekannte Parametern
Bei den Esketit-Autoinvest kann ich die Einstellung zum Beispiel "Investion pro Kredit" nicht sehen.
Für mich ist es wichtig alle Einstellungen zu kennen, um richtig entscheiden zu können, ob ich mit einem Esketit-Invest investieren möchte.
