Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between you and Nhancio Technologies Private Limited, the operator of ASOClimb. By creating a workspace you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

What ASOClimb is

ASOClimb is an app store optimisation workspace. It tracks the keywords, competitors and listings you choose, keeps a history of how they move, and adds scores of our own on top of that history.

What ASOClimb is not: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Apple or Google. It cannot change your app’s ranking, and it makes no promise about the results of any change you make.

What the numbers mean

Every observation is tied to the store, country, language and moment it was made, and ranks change constantly. Traffic, difficulty, visibility and opportunity scores are our own model output, not store-reported facts, and they are labelled as such throughout the app.

Where a value was not observed, ASOClimb shows it as unavailable. It never substitutes a zero or an estimate for a figure it does not have. You should not treat any score as a guarantee of outcome.

Your account

Keep your sign-in and any API keys you generate to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@asoclimb.com if you think it has been compromised. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute or publish ASOClimb data as a competing dataset or product;
• exceed the request limits of your plan, or work around them with multiple accounts;
• use the service to break the law, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
• probe, scrape or disrupt the service, or attempt to access another workspace.

Plans and what they include

The Free plan covers one app, with every feature available at small monthly volumes. The Pro plan covers up to 50 apps and is sold at USD 10 per month or USD 100 per year, charged in advance at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

A 7-day trial of Pro is available, limited to 3 apps. It requires a valid payment method, and it converts to a paid Pro subscription automatically when the 7 days end unless you cancel before then. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.

Refunds

All charges are final. Once a payment has been taken — the first charge, any renewal, and the charge at the end of a trial — it is not refundable, in whole or in part, and we do not pro-rate unused time.

The trial exists so you can decide before paying, and you can cancel at any moment from Plan & billing. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not reverse one already taken. Where the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in gives you a refund or withdrawal right, that right stands and nothing here removes it.

Cancellation and failed payments

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro until then.

If a payment fails, we will retry it; if it keeps failing, the workspace returns to the Free plan and your data stays where it is.

Your content

The apps, keywords and settings you put into ASOClimb stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store and process them to run the service for you. We do not use your workspace content to train models or to build datasets for other customers.

Availability

We work to keep ASOClimb available and accurate, but we do not promise a particular uptime, and the stores we read from can change, throttle or withdraw access at any time. When a source is unavailable, the product says so rather than filling the gap.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ASOClimb is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, lost revenue or indirect losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using ASOClimb and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. On closure we delete workspace content within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax purposes.

Changes, law and contact

If we change these terms we will tell you in the app before the change applies to you. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
