Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes, while we launch, and that includes the live site your users reach, not only the test site. There is no card to add. If that changes, you will hear from us well before anything is charged.
Can I remove “Powered by Verb”?
Not while Verb is free: it stays, small, at the foot of the panel.
Can I restyle the widget with my own CSS?
The button, yes: your stylesheet can change its shape, size, shadow and font. The panel, no: the approval card your users say yes on has to look the same every time, and a stylesheet could hide or disguise it. You set the panel's colours, bubbles, background, avatar, name, greeting, position and shape, and you can open it from your own button.
