Our ITAD Process

Assessment and Scope

We start with asset categories, approximate counts, location, timeline, data/security requirements and reporting expectations. We recommend Clean Sweep Buyout, Compliance Offset, Secure ITAD Processing or Secure+ add-ons.

Quote and Logistics Plan

We define the scope, pickup/shipping path, reporting level, data workflow and any value recovery estimate. Logistics may include parcel shipping, local pickup, freight or third-party coordination.

Receive and Reconcile

Assets are received into arcITAD tracking workflows. Reconciliation can range from basic count summary to serial-level asset reporting based on project scope.

Data Sanitization or Destruction Routing

Supported assets are sanitized with applicable tools and workflows. Failed or unsupported media is routed through documented exception handling, return, recycling or destruction according to scope.

Value Recovery and Recycling

Eligible assets are tested, graded and routed for reuse/resale. End-of-life equipment is responsibly recycled through approved downstream channels.

Closeout

Client receives the agreed closeout package, which may include:

• Reconciliation summary
• Serial-level report
• Erasure/destruction certificates
• Disposition outcomes
• Downstream documentation
• Financial settlement
