Terms of Use
The rules for using AppScreen — free and Pro, your content, billing, and agent tools.
These are the rules for using AppScreen. If you use the editor at appscreen.pro, you agree to them.
Who we are
AppScreen is an App Store and Google Play screenshot panorama editor operated by Intenseloop, Inc.
Questions: support@appscreen.pro
Apple, App Store, iPhone, and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. AppScreen is not affiliated with Apple or Google.
What AppScreen is — and is not
You compose a wide panorama of device mockups, type, and a background, then export the full image or each store panel.
It is not:
- A guarantee that Apple or Google will approve your listing
- Legal, financial, or App Store policy advice
- A backup service for your computer. Cloud keeps your AppScreen works only
- A subscription
Work lives in this browser unless you export an image, download a .appscreen.json project file, or, with Pro, turn on cloud.
Who can use AppScreen
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. By using AppScreen you confirm you meet that.
You may use the free editor without an account. Sign-in with Google is required to buy Pro and to restore Pro on another browser.
Free and Pro
Free (this browser only):
- Up to 3 saved panoramas
- Up to 5 slides without a watermark
- 1 saved preset
- iPhone and Android phone frames
- Solid or gradient backgrounds
- Export of the panorama and panels
Free exports watermark every slide at a tablet size, tablet frames (iPad and Android) and slides past the free limit. Pattern backgrounds are stripped from free exports. Free exports of a copy opened from a share link, and free downloads of PNGs from someone else's share link, carry the watermark on every slide until you go Pro.
AppScreen Pro is a one-time $9 USD purchase (R$ 44,90 when you pay from Brazil) through Stripe after you sign in with Google. Pro unlocks:
- Unlimited projects, slides, and presets
- Cloud: your works on any computer where you sign in, with 30 days of version history (off until you turn it on)
- Share links: a page for a cloud work that anyone with the link can view without an account
- Saving projects to disk
- Tablet sizes and frames (iPad and Android) and pattern backgrounds on export
- Agent tools through MCP
Pro follows the Google account you used at checkout, not a single browser.
Cloud includes up to 5 GB per account under fair use. If Pro ends after a refund, or you turn cloud off, your cloud works stay readable for 30 days so you can download them, then we delete them.
We may change what Pro includes, its limits, or its price for future buyers. If you already bought Pro, what you bought stays as it was for that account, cloud included, except if a refund goes through.
Your content
You own the screenshots, text, logos, and images you add to AppScreen. We do not claim ownership of your designs.
You must have the rights to use anything you upload or place on the canvas. Do not upload material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy, and do not upload unlawful or abusive content.
You grant us only the limited right needed to run AppScreen. If you turn on cloud, that includes storing, copying, and showing your works back to you. That permission ends when you delete them.
Downloading the PNGs or opening a copy of a set someone else shared needs an account and your confirmation that you are behind the app shown or have its owner's permission. You are responsible for that claim and for how you use what you download or copy. If you are not sure, ask the person who shared it first.
If you create a share link, it also includes hosting a snapshot of the work at appscreen.design and showing it to anyone who opens the link, to search engines if you turn on Show in search engines, and on the Design Hub's pages, feed and search if you turn on Show on appscreen.design and we approve the set. We decide what the Design Hub lists and features, and we may take a set off it at any time. Viewers may open their own editable copy unless you turn that off, and download the slides as PNG files if you turn that on. That permission lasts until you stop sharing, we remove the link, or we delete your cloud works. Deleting the work alone does not end it. Copies people opened before then stay in their browsers, and we cannot delete them.
Account and sign-in
Sign-in uses Google. Keep that Google account under your control. You are responsible for activity on the AppScreen account tied to it.
The session token lives in this browser for about 30 days. Sign out from the account menu to end it here.
Email support@appscreen.pro if you need help with billing or access, or if you want the account deleted.
Payments and refunds
Pro checkout runs on Stripe. We do not see your full card number. Stripe sends its own receipt. We send a short welcome email after unlock.
Pro is a one-time unlock, not a subscription. All sales are final. Refunds are granted only at our discretion and only for clear billing errors — for example a duplicate charge or a checkout failure that still charged you.
If you could not use Pro features, email support@appscreen.pro within 7 days of purchase. We may consider a refund in that window if Pro never worked for your account. That request is disqualified once you have used Pro in a meaningful way — including downloading a .appscreen.json project, exporting without free-tier watermarks, saving beyond free limits, or otherwise consuming Pro-only features. The free tier exists so you can evaluate AppScreen before you buy.
Trying MCP or an agent client and deciding you do not like it is not grounds for a refund. Those requests will be denied, and we will contest unjustified payment disputes.
If Stripe processes a refund, Pro on that account turns off and you return to the free limits.
Do not share, resell, or transfer Pro access.
Agent tools
AppScreen exposes MCP tools that act on your account. Most run in your open editor tab. Pro is required. An agent with a valid token can change your canvas while that tab is open. You are responsible for the client you connect and for what you let it do.
Some cloud and share link tools work without an open tab. An agent can publish your works with share links, change what viewers get, and stop links. You are responsible for what it shares, the same as if you shared it yourself.
Read the setup guide at /mcp before connecting a client. Sign out or disconnect the client to drop that access.
The agent product you use is a separate service with its own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Break the law with AppScreen
- Probe, scrape, or attack our servers
- Reverse engineer the service to bypass Pro limits or remove export watermarks
- Upload malware
- Resell access to AppScreen itself
- Impersonate AppScreen or Intenseloop
- Share content you lack the rights to, including screenshots of another company's app
We may remove a share link, or take a set off the Design Hub, after someone reports it or asks for a takedown. We can suspend or close access if you abuse the service or we must under law. Suspension does not, by itself, create a refund.
Availability and changes
AppScreen is a browser app. We may update, limit, or stop features. We try to keep the editor available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Disclaimer
AppScreen is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Intenseloop makes no warranty that the editor will be error-free, that exports will meet a store’s current rules, that local browser storage will survive, or that cloud storage will never lose data. We keep backups, and you can download all your works at any time.
You are responsible for keeping copies of work you care about.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Intenseloop is not liable for lost work, lost revenue, App Store or Play Store rejection, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim about AppScreen is limited to what you paid us for Pro on that account, or $9 USD if you used only the free tier.
Some places do not allow certain limits — where they do not, these limits apply only as far as the law allows.
If your content causes a claim
If someone claims your uploads or exports infringe their rights, you will cover Intenseloop for losses that come from that claim, as far as the law allows.
