Brussels, 3 July: ANNA Responds to the Financial Conduct Authority and Bank of England Call…

ANNA Responds to the National Credit Union Administration Consultation on U.S. Stablecoins Act (GENIUS Act).
Brussels, 13 July: ANNA Responds to the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) on the consultation ‘Implementing the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins Act for the Issuance of Stablecoins by Entities Subject to the Jurisdiction of the National Credit Union Administration’.
ANNA supports the objective of promoting interoperability between Payment Stablecoin Issuers (PPSIs), tokenised financial markets and existing financial market infrastructures. Interoperability should be based on internationally recognised, technology-neutral standards wherever possible. While the industry is already taking important steps to improve interoperability, globally accepted ISO identification standards can significantly reduce fragmentation, improve transparency, facilitate regulatory oversight and support the broader adoption of payment stablecoins.
