1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to all provisions contained within these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Directory Nature & Third-Party Software Disclaimer
AIToolsZone functions as an independent indexing, curation, and discovery directory for artificial intelligence software, models, and digital tools. Unless explicitly labeled otherwise:
Important Notice: AIToolsZone is NOT the creator, owner, developer, operator, or seller of the third-party AI software featured on our directory.
Any transaction, subscription, data submission, or agreement you establish with a linked AI tool occurs exclusively between you and that third-party vendor. We do not guarantee pricing accuracy, feature availability, service uptime, or data privacy practices of external tools.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To utilize certain features (such as bookmarking favorites, submitting tools, or managing listings), you may create an account directly or via single sign-on. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at info@aitoolszone.com upon detecting unauthorized account access.
4. Tool Submissions & Content Licensing
When you submit an AI tool to AIToolsZone (whether free or paid), you represent and warrant that:
- You own or possess the legitimate legal authority and rights to list and represent the product.
- Your submission complies with our Submission Guidelines.
- The description, pricing, and claims are truthful, not deceptive, and do not infringe any trademark or patent.
License Grant: By submitting product descriptions, logos, graphics, and video links, you grant AIToolsZone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, adapt, format, promote, and index your submitted materials on our website, social media, and newsletter channels.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on our Platform:
- Using automated crawlers, scrapers, or bots in an abusive manner that strains platform infrastructure.
- Submitting fake, automated, or retaliatory reviews and ratings.
- Attempting to bypass security mechanisms, access control filters, or reCAPTCHA challenges.
- Submitting malicious software, phishing links, or unauthorized tracking code.
- Impersonating any person, business entity, or AIToolsZone administrator.
6. Paid Listings, Sponsorships & Refund Policy
We offer optional paid listing fast-tracks and advertising placements (detailed on our Pricing and Advertise pages).
One-Time Fast-Track Reviews: If your submitted tool violates our Submission Guidelines (e.g., malware, scam, or broken site) and is rejected, you will receive written notice explaining the grounds and an opportunity to rectify the issue within 14 days, or receive a refund minus standard processing fees.
Recurring Sponsorships: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Fees for completed active advertisement impressions or newsletter blasts already sent are non-refundable.
7. User Ratings & Community Reviews
Community feedback is crucial to our ecosystem. Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand user experiences. AIToolsZone reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove reviews deemed to be spam, defamatory, conflicted (e.g. self-review by tool owners without disclosure), or abusive.
8. Intellectual Property & DMCA Copyright Notice
AIToolsZone respects the intellectual property rights of creators. If you believe your copyrighted work or trademark has been reproduced or listed on our platform in a manner constituting infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), please send a formal takedown notice to info@aitoolszone.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The specific URL on AIToolsZone where the allegedly infringing material resides.
- Your contact details (name, address, email, phone number).
- A statement affirming your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the notification is accurate and you are authorized to act.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, LISTINGS, RATINGS, AND FUNCTIONALITY, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, AITOOLSZONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL AITOOLSZONE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, OR FROM ANY SOFTWARE, SERVICE, OR CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH EXTERNAL LINKS.
OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50 USD) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AITOOLSZONE IN THE PRIOR SIX (6) MONTHS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIToolsZone and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in competent courts having jurisdiction.
