How you make one
- Start from a template, such as Lead capture or Support request, or describe the form and let Generate with AI draft it.
- Drag in text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes and radio buttons. File and image uploads on paid plans.
- Write the prompt, using your fields as
{variables}, and choose the model. Validate checks every variable is there. - Put it on a page with the AI Form block or a shortcode.
A form can also read from your knowledge base, so its answers use what you know about your business.
