Returns
We respect the rights of consumers to return products within the legal period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the products. Please use the online possibility to request a return authorisation. You will need an activated account (so you can login and access your order details). Below conditions apply.
Return conditions
The following conditions apply for returns:
- A product must be in its original, undamaged (and in many cases unopened!) packaging. If a product is removed from its box, we can no longer ascertain that it would be returned in its entirety. This would of course present a problem for another future customer.
- A product may not be used.
- A product may not in any way be attached to a power source. In certain cases that would start an automatic configuration, which would present a problem for another future customer.
- Supplies such as storage media, printer ink and cleaning products are excempt.
- Of any ordered product you may only return one piece. If you are unsure if a product will meet your demands, you do not need 10 pieces to determine the suitability. The same applies to alternatives or products with a strong resemblance.
- Products that are specially made or ordered for you or preconfigured by us on your request are excempt.
- Memory components, for which we have not verified the compatiblity for your use case, are excempt.
- You need a return authorisation, before you can return a product.
- Despite previous conditions, most often it is possible to return an order, but restocking fees will apply. Please contact us to request such a return. Please note this is default for any business order.
- Products must be returned using a sufficiently protective packaging. Never attach labels, stickers or tape directly on the product packaging. Always send your return registered and insured. In some cases we will collect a return. We will inform you at the time of authorisation.
- Damaged products or products with wear will not be accepted.
