Welcome to DreamJournal, the online platform for recording and sharing dreams. By using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

   DreamJournal is intended for users to record and share their dreams. Dreams can be kept public or private at the discretion of the user. Users can comment on and interpret dreams that are publicly shared.
2. Monetization
   While DreamJournal is currently free, we may display advertisements or offer premium features for a fee in the future.
3. User Content Ownership
   Users retain full rights to the content they post. DreamJournal may use shared dreams for research purposes, but this will be anonymous, and users have the option to opt out.
4. Account Termination
   DreamJournal reserves the right to terminate user accounts for any reason. We will attempt to notify affected users unless there has been a violation of our terms or inappropriate use of our site.
5. Limitation of Liability
   DreamJournal and its administrators shall not be held liable for any damages or issues arising from the use of the site.
6. User Conduct Guidelines

   • Upload content that violates any intellectual property rights.

   • Share malicious software or content.
   • Disrupt the service or disobey network requirements.
   • Violate any laws or regulations.
   • Harass, stalk, or collect data about other users for business purposes.
   • Promote harmful activities or provide instructions for unlawful acts.
   • Use DreamJournal to redirect to another site.
7. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes arising from the use of DreamJournal shall be settled through arbitration.
8. Age Restrictions
   Users must be at least 13 years old to use DreamJournal.
9. Account Deletion
   Upon request, users can have their accounts and associated content deleted.
10. Jurisdiction
    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States of America.
