Xaxa was born 1986 in the town of Ludwigsburg, Germany. He discovered his passion for music very early. At the age of sixteen he was already part of the techno-scene within the clubs of Stuttgart where he especially developed a liking for the charismatic techno-minimal and techno-house music. The understanding of the djings also left an important imprint on him.
2007 Xaxa travelled to the extreme, loud and excessive holiday island Ibiza for the first time. 2010 and 2011 he went back to the island to work there. He played music for many little bars and clubs all around Playa d´en Bossa, Ibiza. He drew a lot of praise for his very good hearing, his sense for style and for his diversity. He probably owes those abilities to his numerous nights at the Amnesia and Dc10 clubs where he especially went to “listen and learn” instead of mainly dancing. Xaxa was inspired at those places by some of the best DJ´s of the world and transforms this inspiration over and over in new ways into his sets.
