Hip Flask is an unique podcast that comes in weekly 15 minute episodes, made in association with Dewar’s Whisky.
In each free edition, BBC Scotland and Sunday Herald journalist and author Vic Galloway introduces exclusive acoustic sessions and interviews, usually in strange and out-of-the-way locations.
Each episode Hip Flask shines a spotlight on some of Scotland's most interesting musicians, singers and songwriters, as well as occasional international guests. During special sessions, guest artists perform intimate renditions – often captured in one take – which are recorded by Reuben Taylor, musician, sound engineer and producer.
