I’d describe my genre as Old Skool, Dance Bangers, floor fillers, Funky Vocal House, love tunes with sax and piano (inspiration from Lovely Laura & Davos).
In 1989 I started going to Sequins in Blackpool and I got a taste for the atmosphere and the tunes. In the 90’s I was a frequent Zone goer in Blackpool, Set end, the Blackburn raves, Ibiza foam parties, Hacienda, Cream. Late 1990’s & 2000’s Speed Queen and Fibre.
Back then I danced all night, hated when the night or morning ended. Through my passion I learnt to DJ at the ripe old age of 50 so I could play my favourite tunes.
It’s that feeling I used to get back in the day, if you know you know. For me it’s that nostalgia when I didn’t have any responsibilities, no phones, just the music and love 🤣🎹👌🏽🎧
